Easy handling

Smart sensor technology allows a user to install the transmitter or to replace a sensor within a few seconds just plug the sensor into the transmitter. Adjustments are done directly at the transmitter using touch keys or with the remote control (one-person calibration).

Remote Control RC2

Ammonia and hydrogen are lighter than air. With the transmitter installed close to the ceiling, GfG can provide permanently connected cables with plugs for the remote control, which allow the user to do all adjustments without having to climb a ladder. In addition, one remote control can be used for several transmitters, which helps cut costs and increase efficiency.

The remote control display is always identical to that of the transmitter, making inspection, service, and calibration considerably simple.

The remote control reads the current gas concentration and can be used as an external display.

The EC 28 D model shows the current gas concentration on-site at the display of the transmitter and also at GfG s GMA controller.

The EC 28 DAprovides additional bright alarm LEDs and a buzzer avoiding costs for a separate Ex-proof horn and an Ex-proof light. You also save money on wiring to connect the controller and alarm devices.

In combination with GfG's flexible control units, the EC 28 provides various possibilities for reliable and cost-effective gas monitoring.

Single-point Area Monitors

Dynagard AutoCal^® monitors are single point detection instruments that accurately measure toxic gases and oxygen levels. Alarm lights on the front panel illuminate and an internal horn sounds when gas concentrations are exceeded.

Simple and effective

The units accurately display values on a large backlit LED and can transmit a linear 4-20 mA output. AutoCal® calibration and maintenance is done effortlessly through front panel push-buttons. Smart sensors enable the user to change measuring ranges or gas types in the field without a need for additional programming. The Dynagard is equipped with onboard relays for two adjustable alarm points. It also has one sensor fault for local connection and activation or deactivation of external devices like strobes, fans, auto dialers etc.

Compliance Level

The Enerac 500 can be configured to a compliance-level analyzer with addition of several key features. The Enerac 500 has the ability to produce Total NOx data for one. With both the NO and NO2 sensors Total NOxis obtained (NOx)=NO+NO2 on stationary combustion sources). The ability to also configure the 500 with High Sensativity sensors allows extreme accuracy over the sensors shorter range etc. Additionally, the 500 has the option to have the Thermoelectric Condenser (also called Peltier Cooler) option installed. This is a sample conditioning system (usually found on our competitors larger more expensive units) essential for proper NO2 and or SO2 gas detection and measurement. With the final addition of the viton hose, sample quality is maintained and compliance level data obtained.
