G999P-03-01-02-29-70-61-10K G999 Multi-gas Atmospheric Monitor Value Kit, 5 year O2 (lead free), CO, H2S, H2 (0-2,000 ppm), PID (0-2,000 ppm), IR LEL includes calibration cap, cable, charging cradle, wall power adapter, integrated pump, sample probe and tubing by GfG

The Microtector III G999 combines the demands of a modern multi-gas measurement device for protecting workers with the ability to safely measure confined spaces. As a robust and sophisticated multi-gas detector, it is versatile in its application and flexible in sensor combinations.

Advantages

Safety through quality and functionality

To fit every environment, there are three versions available. All versions include three electrochemical and one infrared sensor. Depending on the version, the G999 features a catalytic combustion (CC) sensor, a combined CC/semiconductor sensor, a PID sensor or a fourth electrochemical sensor. This allows a variety of gas combinations or measuring ranges to be defined and simultaneously monitored.

The well thought-out design of the housing and the menu navigation, allows for easy operation in difficult situations. For example, the display can be easily rotated 180°, so that it is always easy to read. For work in poorly lit rooms or in emergency situations, the G999 features an explosion-proof LED torch.

Designed for difficult working conditions

The Microtector III G999 is certified for use in Ex Zone 0 and is water and dust-proof according to protection class IP 67 and is suitable for challenging applications. The rubberized polycarbonate housing provides excellent protection against jolts and impacts, while the practical design and robust crocodile clip ensure optimum wearing comfort.

Ample Battery Power for Long Operating Times

Unlike other devices, the G999 features a double battery capacity of up to 130 hours of operation and provides power supply to the pump.

Remote Monitoring to Protect Employees

If devices with radio modules are used, teams can be monitored centrally via the portable GfG-Link or using a computer and USB dongle. Information regarding the measured gas concentrations, alarms and the status of the man-down alarm will then be available in real time.

Prepared for an Emergency - Alarm for Exercise

In the event of an alarm, knowing how to behave is highly important. By means of the alarm simulation any gas values can be transmitted to the Microtector III G999 to simulate and train different emergency scenarios.

Maintenance & Documentation – Location-Independent and Legally Compliant

The test and docking stations for the Microtector III G999 not only allow location-independent, daily display tests and regular functional checks, but also the complete documentation.

G888 – The Perfect Match

It is not always necessary to equip every employee with a gas detector including a pump for safe measurement of confined spaces, but everyone should have a modern multi-gas detector. In such situations the Microtector III G888 is recommended. Like the G999, it offers optimum individual protection for all those who have to work in hazardous areas and/or enclosed spaces.

CP-I-00X1H1M1-Y-00 BW Icon+ Multi-Gas Detector, O2 H2S CO  Yellow by BW Technologies

Serviceable four-gas detector with a choice of six sensors — Honeywell BW™ Icon+ delivers an icon-based experience in a serviceable package. It enables you to maximize the lifespan of your four-gas detectors, optimize long-term cost of ownership and select from multiple gas sensors for flexible applications.

ICON DISPLAY FOR FAST DECISIONS

Like the fixed-life Honeywell BW™ Icon, Honeywell BW™ Icon+ is named for its firstin-the-industry display of simple icons for gas levels and device status. That means no live gas readings for workers to interpret and no time-consuming training. Instead, when there's a gas alarm, the bell icon on the display will illuminate, along with an indicator next to the sensor in alarm, so workers can quickly clear the area.

INTELLIGENT SENSORS FOR PREDICTIVE MAINTENANCE

How much life is remaining in the H₂S sensor, based on its age and gas exposure? When does the O₂ sensor need to be calibrated? Honeywell BW™ Icon+ has i-Series intelligent sensors that answer these kinds of questions, so you can take action and prevent unexpected downtime.

REPORTING AND ANALYSIS FROM YOUR SMARTPHONE

Want to see the full concentration of a gas or other information not on the icon-based display? Need to report a gas alarm? Simply download the Honeywell Safety Suite Device Configurator app, use Bluetooth® to pair your smartphone with the detector, and open the app to see the data — all organized in a report that's ready to send.

FEATURES AND BENEFITS

• RELIABLE: Two months of battery runtime on a 4.5-hour charge — and up to four months if you turn off the detector at the end of each shift. No daily charging, no unexpected downtime.
• COMPATIBLE: The Honeywell BW™ Icon+ is compatible with the IntelliDoX instrument management system and Honeywell Safety Suite and also with TouchConnect™ using Bluetooth® for wireless configuration.
• ACCURATE: Low-power infrared LEL sensor is immune to silicone poisoning, which means accurate monitoring of combustibles.
• EASY TO MANAGE: The IntelliFlash™ green light indicates when the detector is in compliance and the amber light indicates the need for maintenance.
• RESPONSIVE: 1series sensors respond to dangerous gas levels in seconds, even in harsh temperatures.
• EASY TO USE: Small, lightweight and wearable. One-button operation.

30-0954RK-227 Aspirator Panel for One LEL and One Oxygen or Toxic Direct Connect or S2 Transmitter, with Flow Switch by RKI Instruments

Single or dual sensor system is designed to monitor gas atmospheres from extreme conditions with either temperature, moisture, or pressure challenges. A powerful air aspirator can pull a sample from up to 100 feet away. The filtered and conditioned sample gas is then passed across one or two different detectors. Each detector shares a common calibration and compressed air inlet for aspirated flow. This system is fault tolerant removing the need for expensive downtime and maintenance. The sample is diluted with air after the gas sensor and then returned to a common exhaust reducing the danger of potential hazardous gases entering a safe work space.

System integrity is maintained at all times using a flow fail monitoring device which provides a NO contact that activates if the sample line becomes blocked or damaged or if the air supply is removed or interrupted.

The panel can be used with direct-connect (sensors connected to an RKI controller), or with S2 Series, and M2 Series transmitters. All transmitters have a 4-20 mA signal for direct connection to the site DCS, PLC or site control system. If needed, RKI instruments can supply a dedicated Gas Detection Control system to provide local alarms, 4-20 mA output with a wide range of dry contacts, making the system very sophisticated and user friendly.

Integral sample filter included to remove water and dirt, automatic drain type.

RS485 Modbus output options available on the M2 transmitter.

Features:

• Simple to operate
• Long life air aspirator (no moving parts)
• Extreme sample temperatures
• One or two sensors
• Inside/outside location options
• Corrosion resistant construction for extreme environments/samples
• Uses proven RKI technology
• Modular design easy to maintain
• Self draining moisture trap
• Back flush for sample line
