Easy handling

Smart sensor technology allows easy installation. Sensor replacement takes only a few seconds-simply plug in the sensor. User adjustments are performed at the transmitter with simple touch keys, or with the optional remote control interface (one person calibration).

RC2 remote control

Several combustible gases are lighter than air. With the transmitter mounted close to the ceiling, calibration can be difficult. The remote control for the CC 28 allows you to perform calibration or zero adjustments without the need of a ladder or lift. A flexible cable connects the remote control to the transmitter and displays the same reading as the display on the transmitter. With the remote control inspection,service and calibration can be performed easily by one person.

The sensor and the integrated temperature compensation provide highest measurement accuracy.

EC22-710-M EC 22 Fixed Transmitter with Hydrogen Sulfide (H₂S) Sensor, 0 - 500 ppm Range, No Display / Modbus by GfG

The EC 22 Series are innovative and cost-effective transmitters for the detection of toxic gases or oxygen levels, but without the need for explosion protection.

Time-proven and innovative

The EC 22 is equipped with high quality GfG sensors. The transmitters are fitted with high-performance electronics for voltage stabilization, processing of readings, and temperature compensation. Follow up costs are minimized thanks to the long lifespan of the sensors.

Universal signal transmission

Either an analog or digital output signal can be transmitted by the EC 22 by means of a Modbus interface. Due to the different types of signal transmission, a transmitter from the 22 series can be connected to almost any gas detecting system, also as a supplementary or replacement transmitter on existing systems.

Signal processing

The embedded software of the EC 22 linearizes the measuring signal and compensates for the effects of temperature. As a result, correct readings are transmitted even with weather related fluctuations in temperature. In addition, the transmitter also offers the option of transmitting service, maintenance, and error messages to a connected gas measuring computer.

Weather protection

A weatherproof housing not only protects transmitters against exposure to wind and weather, but also against contamination and excessive temperatures caused by direct sunlight.

Optional colored graphic display and horn

The clear graphic display of the EC 22 is self explanatory and allows you to read the current status and other important information with ease. The display enables you to navigate effortlessly through the unit s concise menu and to change settings or even calibrate, depending on your user authorization. In the event of an alarm the display changes color from green to red. Two LEDs indicate the status.

Operation buttons

The buttons on the transmitter allow the unit to be calibrated and settings to be adjusted through the menu as needed.

Calibration adapter

In order to perform regular bump tests, a calibration adapter is used on the transmitter, which ensures a uniform and secure supply of gas.

Since worker safety is our business, Lumidor continually strives to improve its gas detector product line, and has done so with the addition of the voice message feature. Four languages (English, French, German and Spanish) are included with each monitor - just select the desired language. Every function, when activated, is accompanied with a voice message. Everything from immediate warnings to simple on and off functions are communicated verbally to the user. This feature is also very valuable in poorly lit situations. The MicroMAX Pro combines diffusion and built-in internal sampling pump systems for simultaneously monitoring 1 - 5 gases. The popular internal pump allows for easy pre-testing in confined spaces and provides almost instantaneous readings of gas concentrations. In order to save power, the pump can be switched off and the diffusion mode will take over.

The MicroMAX Pro has preset and field selectable alarms. Both audible and visual alarms warn the user if the oxygen levels are either too low or enriched, combustible gas is present or toxic gas levels are too high. The toxic gas alarms can be easily adjusted in the field from immediate to TWA. And, alarms are also activated in case of sensor failure, low battery voltage, pump blockage or low air flow.

Our unique microprocessor design allows for self diagnostics with each start up. The MicroMAX Pro internally data logs individual channel alarms, TWA averaging and peak information. With a push of the Mode button you can review information, as well as customize user settings or initiate calibration.
