GasAlertMicro 5 Series models

Each model of GasAlertMicro 5 Series has several distinct features. With the GasAlertMicro 5 Series, the standard toxic gas model, users can monitor several standard gases with a plug in electrochemical cell sensor and catalytic cell sensor and a typical battery life of 20 hours (AA Alkaline rechargeable). The GasAlertMicro 5 PID is standard with several gas detections, a plug in electrochemical cell sensor and photoionization detector, and a battery life of approximately 15 hours (AA Alkaline rechargeable). Simple and effective

The all new GDC-150 transmitter from Bacharach offers detection and protection for a wide range of hazards including toxic gases such as carbon monoxide (CO), oxygen depletion, combustible gases, refrigerant leaks and total volatile organic compounds (TVOCs). Analog interfaces allow the transmitter to be connected back to Bacharach's GDA Series of controllers (or any other gas detection controller), building management systems or control systems. The GDC-150 features 4-20 mA or 0-10 VDC linear output signals, an automatic thermal resetting fuse, RoHS compliant circuit boards and LED indicators for power and open loop.

The onboard alarm LED's indicate when alarm threshold values are exceeded. The unit can be ordered with an optional alpha numeric LED display that shows gas concentrations in real time while alarm relays alert personnel of potential dangers, avoiding incidents and potential hazards.

The GDC-150 is packaged in a rugged, polycarbonate housing for both indoor and outdoor applications. The 35-3010RK series is a compact sample draw detector assembly with a built-in pump that accepts a 24VDC input. This unit features a NEMA 4X enclosure making it dust, water and corrosion resistant. It also features a flowmeter with adjustable flow and a low flow alarm which warns of any obstructions or restrictions in the flow system. Combustibles, oxygen, hydrogen sulfide and carbon monoxide versions are available in many different combinations. Combustibles and oxygen versions can be suplied with or without a 4-20 mA transmitter. The 35-3010RK series can also be configured with RKI's super toxic sensors offering a wide range of detectable toxic gases.

The 35-3010RK is capable of single person calibrations and can be installed up to 500 ft. from a controller, and can interface to any RKI or third party control system (utilizing a 4-20 mA feedback signal). This is a very cost effective way of monitoring for several gases that may be in the same place, and for applications where the sensors cannot be located directly in the area to be monitored. Additionally, the sensors have two times the typical life spans of similar sensors in the industry. With a 2 year life span, worksites can expect to cut their sensor replacement costs in half.
