AgrowDose™ AD2 Dual Peristaltic Dosing Pump by Agrowtek

AgrowDose™ AD dosing pumps are rugged and economical single, dual or quad-head peristaltic pumps designed for injecting nutrient solutions, pH buffers and more into stock tanks or pressurized water lines up to 25psi when controlled by Agrowtek's GC-Pro/XL series cultivation control systems.

Pump heads feature an inlet suction tube and an outlet pressure tube. Simply place the inlet side into any size nutrient or buffer stock tank and route the outlet to the reservoir or use our PBX series manifolds to dose into a recirculating and monitoring loop. Pumps can draw solutions up to 10ft vertical lift and do not require priming. Peristaltic action resists fouling or clogging even with thick fluids.

AgrowDose™ pump motors operate independently at a fixed speed (~50mL/min) when the 24V discrete inputs are activated by a controller's outputs such as the GC-Pro or GC-ProXL. Built-in relays on the AD2 and AD4 pumps switch power from the included wall adapter to operate the pump motors. (AD1 does not have control a relay built into pump.)

Quick-change pump head offers fast, easy maintenance when tubing wears out.

LX1 USB AgrowLINK™ connects Agrowtek's GrowNET™ sensors, relays or dosing pumps directly to a computer. GrowControl™ MDX5 Mini Dosing System (penta pump) by Agrowtek

GrowControl MDX Mini Dosing System automates nutrient and pH dosing by combining Agrowtek's digital SXH hydro controller with AgrowDose precision dosing pumps. Available with 1, 2, 4, or 5 pump heads. MDX+ model includes ORP. Each pump can be configured independently for sensor type, dose volume and delay time.

GrowControl™ MCX4 Mini Climate Control System by Agrowtek

The MCX4 "mini" control system combines Agrowtek's SXE environment sensor and intelligent RX4i relay to form a basic climate control system.

Sensor Control Each outlet can be independently programmed to respond to temperature, humidity or CO2 (if equipped) with adjustable deadband and set-points for day and night (determined by the built-in light sensor.)

Timer Control Each outlet may also be configured with a cycle timer and 24-hour timer control. Precision RTC and battery backup maintain accurate time & date.

SXE's LCD display allows advanced configruation of the relay control parameters as well as graphing, alarms, data logging and more. Optional WiFi module allows connection to a phone or web-portal connection for remote monitoring.

HX8 GrowNET 8-Port Hub by Agrowtek

Expand the number of GrowNET™ ports on your Agrowtek GrowNET™ digital serial bus network. Connect multiple GrowNET™ devices to a GrowNET™ master device such as an LX1 USB AgrowLINK™ for PC or LX2 MODBUS ModLINK for PLC applications.

Buffered hub extends the range of bus networks and can provide power to devices from the DC power jack. Includes eight ports for connecting devices and one port for connecting to the upstream bus.

Hubs may be daisy-chained as required up to the maximum number of ports on a bus (247 modbus/250 GrowNET™.)

Ethernet Port by Agrowtek

An Ethernet port is optional providing the capability to connect the controller directly to an Ethernet network for access and control via remote internet connections. A serial port is included on all systems for direction connection to a PC.

LX2 ModLINK by Agrowtek

LX2 ModLINK™ connects Agrowtek's intelligent sensors, peristaltic dosing pumps, and control relays equipped with a GrowNET™ RJ45 port to a standard RS-485 or RS-422 serial bus for use with the MODBUS RTU protocol. ModLINK is an MCUbuffered bridge between Agrowtek's high-speed, full duplex devices connected with RJ45 cables, to a terminal block for integration with PLC systems. HX8 device hubs can be daisy chained to the the LX2 ModLINK™ to connect as many as 247 devices using standard MODBUS addressing. LX1 USB link is required to change default serial connection settings.

SXL-2X Optical Liquid Sensor, DRY-ON (Latching) by Agrowtek

Electronic optical liquid sensors are durable, have no moving parts and are easy to maintain. SXL sensors can detect fluid levels in tanks, flow in pipes, or leaks in drip pans when liquid touches the sensor tip. Wide voltage range and high current capacity makes the SXL sensor practical for TTL logic, industrial PLC or direct relay control applications. 1/4" NPT threading and removable wiring terminal block with pin-out cast into the hex head makes installation or replacement fast and simple. When the output is energized a red LED illuminates the sensor body giving a visual status indication. Available in 'wet-on' and 'dry-on' configurations, or PWM output for applications requiring error indication and failure monitoring. CX4 Outlet Contactor, 120V 15A by Agrowtek

CX4 and CX4A feature four outlets that are operated simultaneously from a single 24Vdc trigger signal. CX4 series contactors are designed for powering lighting, banks of fans, and other equipment which is operated simultaneously.

To operate the CX4/CX4A, the trigger input (24Vdc) is connected to any desired output on the GC-Pro controller and power (120/240Vac) is connected to the power terminals.

To operate the CX4/CX4A from the GC-Plus or other 120V outlet trigger, use the CX-T trigger cord kit.

SXL-F Optical Liquid Sensor Set, FILLING by Agrowtek
