The durable black plastic is non-conductive and offers easy access to the device. By placing the detector on the hardhat, users are adding to the security and detection of the device due to its proximity to the breathing areas. This unit is compatible with most BW Technologies portable gas detection devices.

BWC2-X BW Clip 2 Year Single Gas Detector, Oxygen (O2), Low - 19.5% vol. / High - 23.5% vol. by BW Technologies

If you must monitor the oxygen in a work environment, you need the most accurate monitors you can buy. However, it's also necessary to have something that is light, portable, and simple to use. This makes it much easier on your workforce. The BW Clip BWC2-X is designed with these features in mind, and it is an affordable solution for portable O2 monitoring, that meets OHSA specifications.

The BWC2-X operates with the touch of a button and is so easy to use. Some monitors require battery charging and sensor changing periodically, but not the BWC2-X. Everything is built in and the monitor lasts for 2 full years of operation. Plus you also have six months of storage that extends its life, if needed. Once you activate and turn on the unit, it works constantly checking the air for oxygen levels. If they get below 19.5 percent, you receive an alarm, and over 23.5 percent sounds an alarm (default settings).
