Impact Personal Multi-gas Monitors

The Impact range of portable multi-gas monitors is able to monitor and display up to four gases simultaneously.

Using high specification flammable, oxygen and patented Surecell™ toxic sensors, our unique cartridge technology ensures safe, accurate and reliable measurements are always made.

Available in two configurations, the Impact and Impact Pro accepts either disposable and/or serviceable cartridges respectively, all of which are pre-calibrated and can be replaced in under one minute, so simplifying maintenance and minimising cost wherever possible. Compact and rugged these monitors are designed for tough working environments while being small, lightweight and unobtrusive, making them ideal for use in confined spaces where entry and exit may be difficult.

Tough and reliable

The Xgard series of fixed point gas detectors is incredibly durable and reliable. The casings and materials, including weatherproof caps, are designed to protect the equipment from the harshest environments. With quick and easy installation and maintenance, the Xgard series is able to keep costs at a minimum. The replacement sensors, for example, are simple to replace by merely plugging them in. The replacement parts are also readily available and compatible with all Xgard models, thereby reducing the amount of required spare parts that are stored in the facility. Additionally, the sensors have two times the typical life spans of similar sensors in the industry. With a 2 year life span, worksites can expect to cut their sensor replacement costs in half. For worksites that require slightly more customization, Crowcon offers compatible accessories for the Xgard series such as sampling applications, remote gassing applications, spray deflectors, sun shields, weatherproof caps, collector cones, flow adapter, and accessories adapter.

Xgard also has flexible installation options. The unit is designed for either wall or ceiling mounts, and users will not need to purchase additional equipment for mounting. For more complex installation needs, users can purchase accessories.

Single-point Area Monitors

Dynagard AutoCal^® monitors are single point detection instruments that accurately measure toxic gases and oxygen levels. Alarm lights on the front panel illuminate and an internal horn sounds when gas concentrations are exceeded.

Simple and effective

The units accurately display values on a large backlit LED and can transmit a linear 4-20 mA output. AutoCal® calibration and maintenance is done effortlessly through front panel push-buttons. Smart sensors enable the user to change measuring ranges or gas types in the field without a need for additional programming. The Dynagard is equipped with onboard relays for two adjustable alarm points.
