G999P-03-03-29-00-70-61-10 G999 Multi-gas Atmospheric Monitor, 5 year O2 (lead free), 3 year COSH, H2 (0-2,000 ppm) PID (0-2,000 ppm), IR LEL includes calibration cap, cable, charging cradle, wall power adapter, integrated pump, sample probe and tubing by GfG

The Microtector III G999 combines the demands of a modern multi-gas measurement device for protecting workers with the ability to safely measure confined spaces. As a robust and sophisticated multi-gas detector, it is versatile in its application and flexible in sensor combinations.

Advantages

Safety through quality and functionality

To fit every environment, there are three versions available. All versions include three electrochemical and one infrared sensor. Depending on the version, the G999 features a catalytic combustion (CC) sensor, a combined CC/semiconductor sensor, a PID sensor or a fourth electrochemical sensor. This allows a variety of gas combinations or measuring ranges to be defined and simultaneously monitored.

The well thought-out design of the housing and the menu navigation, allows for easy operation in difficult situations. For example, the display can be easily rotated 180°, so that it is always easy to read. For work in poorly lit rooms or in emergency situations, the G999 features an explosion-proof LED torch.

Designed for difficult working conditions

The Microtector III G999 is certified for use in Ex Zone 0 and is water and dust-proof according to protection class IP 67 and is suitable for challenging applications. The rubberized polycarbonate housing provides excellent protection against jolts and impacts, while the practical design and robust crocodile clip ensure optimum wearing comfort.

Ample Battery Power for Long Operating Times

Unlike other devices, the G999 features a double battery capacity of up to 130 hours of operation and provides power supply to the pump.

Remote Monitoring to Protect Employees

If devices with radio modules are used, teams can be monitored centrally via the portable GfG-Link or using a computer and USB dongle. Information regarding the measured gas concentrations, alarms and the status of the man-down alarm will then be available in real time.

Prepared for an Emergency - Alarm for Exercise

In the event of an alarm, knowing how to behave is highly important. By means of the alarm simulation any gas values can be transmitted to the Microtector III G999 to simulate and train different emergency scenarios.

Maintenance & Documentation – Location-Independent and Legally Compliant

The test and docking stations for the Microtector III G999 not only allow location-independent, daily display tests and regular functional checks, but also the complete documentation.

G888 – The Perfect Match

It is not always necessary to equip every employee with a gas detector including a pump for safe measurement of confined spaces, but everyone should have a modern multi-gas detector. In such situations the Microtector III G888 is recommended. Like the G999, it offers optimum individual protection for all those who have to work in hazardous areas and/or enclosed spaces.

1450-404-3X 3 Unit DS404 Docking Station System by GfG

Easy operation

The operation of the DS404 docking station couldn t be any easier. Simply put the G450 or the G460 in the dock and the system will take over from there. The DS404 automatically performs a full functional test including fresh air calibration, bump test, extensive sensor tests, alarm tests and optionally performs an automatic AutoCal® calibration.

Extensive diagnostics

The DS404 is designed to go beyond the traditional basic docking station tests and includes sensor diagnostics tests such as T50 and T90. After all, what good is a sensor that can respond to gas when it takes too long to get there? With the DS404 you can have confidence with this added level of safety.

Automatic charging

After all tests have been completed the DS404 will automatically start the charging process of the detector or you may remove and begin using it. In case the detectors battery condition is insufficient to complete a test the DS404 will charge the instrument before performing the test.

8326321 Pac 6000 CO by Draeger

The Draeger Pac® 6000 disposable personal gas detector measures CO, H₂S, SO₂ or O₂ reliably and precisely, even in the toughest conditions. The robust design, quick sensor response times, and a powerful battery ensure maximum safety for up to two years with virtually no maintenance required.

Strong performance for maximum safety

You can rely on the Draeger Pac 6000: The personal single gas detection device warns against hazardous concentrations of carbon monoxide, hydrogen sulfide, sulfur dioxide or oxygen with precision and reliability. Powerful sensors with a very low t-90 response time ensure quick reactions. The Pac 6000 is versatile thanks to its wide measurement range. For example, the CO sensor measures concentrations from 1 to 1,999 ppm, and the H2S sensor from 0.4 to 100 ppm.

Easy handling thanks to clear user guidance

The D-Light indicates whether the functionality of the device has been tested and that it is ready to use. The housing is also designed with your safety in mind: each sensor variant of the Draeger Pac 6000 features a clearly visible color coding, thereby minimizing the chance of mistakes.

Robust design – even for the toughest conditions

The Pac 6000 can easily handle even extreme conditions: depending on the sensor, temperatures from -40 °C to 55 °C and air pressures between 700 and 1,300 mbar can be tolerated.

A membrane filter protects the sensor from foreign matter such as dust and liquids. The shock-proof, chemicalresistant housing meets the requirements specified in the IP68 standard rating.

User-friendly display with all important information

The large display clearly indicates the respective gas concentration. Other important information, such as remaining operating time and battery capacity, is also displayed. The bright backlighting ensures clear reading of all values in the dark.

360° alarm with various functions

If the Draeger Pac 6000 measures hazardous gas concentrations, it sets off an audible, visual, and noticeable vibrating alarm. Two bright, flashing LEDs on the top and bottom of the device ensure that the alarm is easily visible from all sides. The acoustic alarm reaches a volume of 90 dB. The display can show the peak concentration measured at any given moment. Earlier alarms registered can also be retrieved at a later time, even if acknowledged.

The Pac 6000 with oxygen sensor has two additional alarm thresholds in addition to the standard alarm threshold setting. This provides an additional level of safety as a pre-alarm, in addition to the main alarm, can be set for both oxygen enriched and oxygen deficient atmospheres.

Data logger and event logger for analyses and reports

The Pac 6000 logs concentrations and events along with date and time. The data can be downloaded to a PC via an interface and processed further there.

Economical operational costs

All of the versions of the Pac 6000 are equipped with extremely durable Draeger Sensors and a powerful battery. Neither the sensor nor the battery need to be changed for the entire two-year maintenance-free service life of the H₂S, SO₂ and CO versions. The service life of the Draeger Pac 6000 starts when it is first activated. The device automatically switches off after two years.

The Pac 6000 is protected against water, dust and other foreign bodies by a special membrane filter. When the filter becomes heavily soiled you can quickly and easily replace it yourself. The device is then ready to use again in no time.

Fast function test saves time and money

Function tests and calibrations can be carried out efficiently using the Draeger X-dock® calibration station. The automatic bump tests in the X-dock are a cost-efficient and convenient solution thanks to short test duration and extremely low test gas consumption. The Draeger Pac 6000 is simply placed in the bump test station and automatically selects the correct setting.
