The RAM 4021 AutoCal® series is the unit of choice where specific and accurate measurement of carbon monoxide, oxygen or dew-point levels are required. Designed to meet OSHA requirements for monitoring of Grade D respirable air, this unit is equipped with a reliable electrochemical sensor that accurately indicates the level of carbon monoxide on an illuminated liquid crystal display. Adding versatility, this unit offers optional oxygen or dew point sensors for applications where detection or measurement is needed.

Calibration and maintenance are simple with our innovative AutoCal® system. Additional features including alarm relay contacts, user adjustable alarm point, low flow alarm indicator and many more make this unit an intelligent choice. The RAM 4021 is available in four models, the 4021 (CO), 4021-1 (CO and O2), 4021-DPX (CO and dew point levels) and 4021-PR (CO and additional relay to signal power loss to monitor, complies with newest NFPA regulation). Respiratory air specifications

All GfG Instrumentation RAM Instruments satisfy the requirements of OSHA rule 29 CFR 1910.134 (d) (2) (ii) for carbon monoxide monitoring. They will also monitor Grade E air, generally specified for breathing air in cylinders (SCBA).

Wall mounted filter panel option

8025 (25 CFM), 8050 (50 CFM), and 8100 (100 CFM)

The 25, 50 and 100 CFM panels filter out dangerous toxins from supplied air sources and ensure clean, breathable air. The threestage filter system efficiently removes particulates, oil vapors and hydrocarbons from an air supply. After filtration, the regulator sets the pressure for the respiratory equipment and the manifold assembly provides multiple outlets for airline hose quick connections. The model 8025 panel includes two user female quick connect outlets; the 8050 includes four, and the 8100 includes eight. A 1/2" FPT connection is standard on all 50 and 100 CFM panels, and a 3/8" FPT connection is standard on all 25 CFM panels.

7 Application Modes

• Leak Test Mode measures methane in three different distinct ranges (ppm/LEL/%Volume). Autoranging between all three ranges, audible, visual, and gieger alarms, and ergonomical design allows for easy one handed operation. Also ideal for carbon monoxide investigations.
• Confined Space Mode measures up to 4 gases (O2, LEL, CO, H2S) simultaneously with audible visual alarms, datalogging, and min/max values.
• Bahole Mode for testing undrerground leaks. In this mode the GT measures gas beginning in the LEL range and autoranges to % Volume. Barhole probe included with instrument.
• Carbon Monoxide Mode measures CO directly in ppm. Menu items for air free CO (O2 correction) when fitted with an O2 sensor, and differential CO.
• Purge Mode for measuring methane from 0-100% Volume in inert atmospheres.
• Sniffer Mode enables rapid leak detection by measuring methane 0-10000 ppm with the semi-conductor fitted at the end of the flexi probe. Audible/visual gieger allows for easy pinpointing of leaking pipes.
• Pressure Mode measures from 0-60" of water column via a pressure sensor on the back of the instrument. Ideal for tightness tests on gas systems up to 2 PSI.

The carbon monoxide sensor used in TPI combustion efficiency analyzers feature an on-board filter capable of filtering NO (nitric oxide), NO₂ (nitrogen dioxide) and NOX (combination of NO and NO₂) to prevent cross sensitivity errors.

Use TPI analyzers to test flue gases in gas and oil fired equipment including high efficiency furnaces and condensing boilers. Measure CO, O₂, and stack temperature.

Determine combustion efficiency, CO₂, and CO air free. Some models include built-in differential manometer, combustible gas detection, PC communication, data logging, and can measure NO / NOX.

Use the optional A784 flow regulator to reduce the flow rate of the gas being sampled to measurable levels on high pressure systems such as gas compression engines. The A784 is included in the 715K3 kit.
