Never be unprepared for a confined space entry when you have the GasAlertMax XT II confined space kit. This kit has everything you need to tackle any situation involving confined space gas hazards. It's the smart choice as a valuable add on accessory for your XT-XWHM-Y-NA or other configuration.

Containing every essential accessory, this kit will enable you to perform bump checks and full calibrations in the field or in the office.

The included sampling accessories also enhance your ability to take a remote air sample. For example the sampling probe is a 12 inch long probe that can be used to take a sample from a small area where the monitor itself wouldn't fit. The 10 Foot hose allows you to take a sample from a further distance than the 3ft hose that is included with the instrument

The concussion proof boot is a thick rubber case that fits over the entire instrument. This adds extra protection in case the instrument is dropped or sustains a direct hit from a heavy object.

In the event that you encounter dangerous gas levels, the datalogging software and connectivity kit will enable you to download all of the information to your computer. Once this data is on your computer you can analyze it with the Fleet Manager II software, or export it to Microsoft Excel.

G460 Multi-Gas Detector

The G460 Multi-Gas Detector is a compact and robust system with the capabilities of detecting up to six different gases and simultaneously displaying the readings. The portable detector features a user friendly and intuitive interface to simplify the day to day operations.

Ease of Use

For typical daily operations, the G460 Multi-Gas Detector operates with a single button. The complete user interface can provide access to advanced setup options with three buttons. The unit also features easy calibration operation. Simply attach the calibration adapter and apply gas. The G460 will automatically perform the appropriate adjustments. The detector will then store the dates of the three most recent calibrations for each sensor.

The G460 also features a large easy to read tricolor display which uses a color code to indicate the alarm severity. From green to orange to red, the tricolor display is intuitive and incredibly user friendly. The display feature can also flip or zoom with the touch of a button. The G460 multi-faceted alarm system also includes an ultra loud audible buzzer at 103 dB, a standard vibration mechanism, and 360 bright LED alerts (the LED alerts can also be equipped to function as flashlights). This multi-faceted system is sure to alert users and those nearby of the potential hazardous conditions. For smooth and continuous operations, the G460 Multi-Gas Detector uses interchangeable alkaline and rechargeable battery packs that provide up to 25 hours of continuous operation. Using a drop in cradle charger, the rechargeable pack can completely recharge in less than 4 hours.

G460 Multi-Gas Detector Features

The G460 Multi-Gas Detector features a motorized pump with a built-in diffusion or sample draw mode switch. The hose is easily attachable and can draw from 100 feet away. The hose is powered by its own battery pack that provides 20 hours of continuous operation. The multi-gas detector also features the widest range of sensors on the market. The compatible long lasting (and interchangeable) smart sensors include LEL, SO2, O2, H2, H2S, NO, CO, O3, HF, NH3, CIO2, CI2, PH3, ETO, HCN, and NO2. Users can purchase additional sensors to help customize the unit such as infrared sensors for the measurement of CO2 and photoionization sensors for volatile organic chemical hazards. The G460 has standard data logging capabilities that store up to 55 hours of the most recent activities. Alarm activations gas thresholds and stored permanently in the internal memory. Employers can download all internal information to generate reports and monitor results.

M5-CK-DL GasAlertMicro 5 Series Deluxe Confined Space Kit

The GasAlertMicro5 Series is BW Technologies flagship multi-gas monitor. This kit houses any of the three versions of the GasAlertMicro5 series, including the PID and IR versions and pumped or non-pumped versions.

As a gas monitoring professional you can have peace of mind knowing that you have all of the parts and accessories to properly test your instrument and keep it in good working order. Bump checks and calibration are an essential part of any safety protocol and this kit makes it easy knowing that all of the necessary equipment is in one location. In addition routine maintenance is easier since auxiliary filters and quick connect fittings can be changed when necessary using the spares in the kit. The 1.0 LPM regulator is more versatile than the 0.5 LPM regulator found in other kits since the 1.0 LPM has a greater flow rate for "sticky" gasses such as Chlorine and Nitrogen Dioxide.

In addition the included holster makes it easy to wear your GasAlertMicro 5 on your body. This holster attaches to your belt and holds the instrument display upside down. The advantage of this is that you don't need to remove it from your belt in order to see the readings. When you lift the end of the instrument the display will now be facing you in the correct orientation.

Other parts of the kit include a 10 ft sampling hose for increased sampling range, a sample probe for taking readings from hard to reach areas, calibration cap, and a durable aluminum carry case that houses everything in custom sized foam cut-outs.

Note: Calibration gas not included. Since the GasAlertMicro5 series has so many possible sensor combinations finding the right cylinder(s) can be tricky. Please give us a call at 1-866-455-7832 and we will ensure that we find the correct cylinder for you.
