Advanced MSA Link Pro Software

The MSA Link Pro Software is a state of the art datalogging system that allows users to analyze all data at any time. The software is easy to set up and configure to user specifications. With the software, users can research data, generate reports, and send automatic email exposure alerts. Users can even generate live results or schedule emails for detector activities. Simple User Friendly Design

The new Galaxy GX2 Automated Test System was designed with ease of use and simplicity in mind. The test system features an intuitive color touch screen for easy setup and viewing. The touch buttons are large and feature a scrolling screen with pop up test results. Simply place any compatible Galaxy gas detector onto the automated test system and the system will automatically test, calibrate, and charge. The system allows up to 10 devices and 4 cylinder holders. When using RFID-tagged gas cylinders, gas cylinder information is automatically entered into the system, and the onscreen gas cylinder pressure gauge can display multiple cylinder statuses at the same time.

Users can also see the testing and battery status of devices quickly through the colored LED indicators. With the simple time efficient automatic testing, the Galaxy GX2 Automated Test System can save users up to 50% of calibration costs.

Tough and reliable

The Xgard series of fixed point gas detectors is incredibly durable and reliable. With quick and easy installation and maintenance, the Xgard series is able to keep costs at a minimum. The replacement sensors, for example, are simple to replace by merely plugging them in. The replacement parts are also readily available and compatible with all Xgard models, thereby reducing the amount of required spare parts that are stored in the facility. Additionally, the sensors have two times the typical life spans of similar sensors in the industry. With a 2 year life span, worksites can expect to cut their sensor replacement costs in half. For worksites that require slightly more customization, Crowcon offers compatible accessories for the Xgard series such as sampling applications, remote gassing applications, spray deflectors, sun shields, weatherproof caps, collector cones, flow adapter, and accessories adapter.

Xgard also has flexible installation options. The unit is designed for either wall or ceiling mounts, and users will not need to purchase additional equipment for mounting. For more complex installation needs, users can purchase accessories.

State of the Art Technology

Thermoelectric Chiller with Auto Condensate Drain

To help protect the integrity and life of the analyzer, developers implemented several safety devices. One of which is the thermoelectric chiller with an auto condensate drain. The internal thermoelectric chiller recognizes and removes water and water vapor from the flue gas sample. This prevents combustion gases from bubbling from the gas phase into the condensate. The built-in condensate drain pump automatically pumps the accumulated water out through the bottom of the unit. These automatic features are convenient and necessary for preserving the integrity of the machine.

The E8500 can utilize up to 9 sensors. This entails up to 6 electrochemical sensors and up to 3 NDIR sensors. Each sensor has its own range, resolution, and accuracy rating. Flue gas and air temperature measurements are standard features while the differential temperature is used as part of the efficiency calculation. The unit has two pressure inputs for measuring differential pressure. The E8500 comes standard with a complete factory calibration. With span gas cylinders, the unit can be easily recalibrated. E Instruments International recommends recalibration at least once every year to ensure equipment accuracy.
