Trogloprobe Flexitail by Troglotech

Having problems getting through some of the new traps? We offer the Flexitail – which allows the camera to negotiate multiple tight bends with ease. The Flexitail can be used with the T800 Forward-View camera or the T812 Pan & Tilt camera.

The Flexitail is simply fitted to the T804 Trogloprobe termination and the camera fitted to the other end.

T812 Pan and Tilt Camera by Troglotech

Our T812 Pan & Tilt camera is tough, machined from solid stainless steel, waterproof to IP68, 7 Bar, 100 psi and designed to operate on the T804 pushrod system.

The camera does not need to be pressurised to attain its waterproof status, no need for pumps or Nitrogen purging, the camera is sealed at the factory and will retain sealing integrity through its life.

The camera head includes an auto-uprighting system that gives the operator a view that is akin to actually being inside the pipe being surveyed.

A single button-push on the T804 sets the focus and points the camera directly forward making orientation during a survey immediate. The camera head can rotate and tilt through 360 degrees.

The camera also has the capability of measuring defects in pipework without the need for grids or lasers, the measurement can be made and saved during the live survey taking just a few seconds. This capability can be added at any time to the system when required.

TC80500011 T805 Sondes by Troglotech

Troglotech produce in-line sondes for the T800 and T812 cameras which can be utilised when operating with the Troglotech T804 digital pushrod system.

We produce sondes in all the standard frequencies:

• 512Hz

Our powerful sondes allow you to accurately and reliably locate your camera at depth. They are crystal-controlled and always give a powerful and precise signal to your requirements.

Elevator for Crawler by Troglotech

The Elevator requires that the Crawler is fitted with Wheel Extensions, Large Battery and additional Lighthead. The Elevator has no trailing wires, no leadscrews and is operated from the standard keyboard. This allows our camera to be centred in 500mm—900mm (20" – 36") pipes. It is compatible with all existing Troglotech Crawlers (a software update for the crawler may be required FOC)

SD-Card DVR Upgrade by Troglotech

As CF cards become more expensive and harder to find our solution is to replace the CF-Card DVR with our new high-definition SDCard DVR.

The new DVR is faster (under 2 seconds to start recording), has much better picture quality (4 x greater resolution) and uses less power in operation. We supply new fixings and instructions. Please note that the keyboard software needs to be updated.

T804 & T812 Measurement Software by Troglotech

Troglotech has found a simple way to measure defects in pipework that doesn't involve expensive lasers and post-survey calculations. With the Digital Lens System all you have to do is:

• Focus on the object you want to measure
• Move a marker on-screen
• Move a second marker on-screen
• That's it!

The measurement, object distance and position in the pipe is saved along with the survey video. It couldn't be easier, your customer can get accurate proof of the severity of any problems found during the survey. It may also be the proof that you need to carry out further work. No more guessing.

TC80031011 Skid Sets for T800/T804 by Troglotech

We produce skid sets for our cameras, adaptors and sondes. Our design allows quick removal of the skids without the use of any tools. It also enables replacement of the individual brushes, which can be supplied in lengths suitable for use in 4" and 6" pipes. The Skids can be used without brushes for use in 3" pipe work.

We also supply a wheeled – skid for both the forward-view and pan & tilt cameras for use in relined pipes as shown to the left.

TC80461011 WiFi System Accessory by Troglotech

Our WiFi accessory adds a new dimension to the T804 system – direct connection to any smart device such as smart-phones and tablets.

The Wifi system transmits high-definition video and on-screen data (such as rod counter, text, time & date). Our WiFi system means that video, stills and reports can be sent directly to the customer while still on-site.

The Wifi unit simply clips to the T804 frame and is connected the the Display Unit with a 0.6M cable. Obviously the system is completely waterproof to IP67.

On most crawler systems up to 90% of the power is lost in the main cable. The cable can be increased in size with more copper to reduce the loss - but then the crawler needs to be bigger and heavier. In addition the cable voltage is often at lethal levels.

We have produced a crawler that carries its own power source meaning that the main cable does not conduct any power allowing it to be much lighter. The composition of our cable is mainly Kevlar and the three small conductors only carry signals at safe voltages below 5V.

These were huge systems that required generators, cranes, custom-built vans and needed a team to operate. Extent the capabilities of your T804 Trogloprobe system with the addition of the T710 1" camera and 20M (66 feet) of highly-flexible rod. This upgrade includes a smaller coiler cage that fits within the T804 coiler cage. When a survey is required of small pipework, the T800 camera can be detached, and the free-end of the 20M rod can be connected to the termination. The 1" camera can now be passed through the rod-guide and the survey can begin. In some situations, the full 80M (262 feet) of rod can be utilised.

The T710 1" camera upgrade includes the small coiler cage, the T710 camera, 20M (66 feet) of highly-flexible rod, ball-skid and all terminations. The T710 is the worlds most advanced 1" camera. We have utilised the very latest in CMOS sensor and LED technology to provide a camera that out-performs all 1" cameras and most larger cameras. The rod is a new Troglotech design. It has a high resin-content fibreglass core that provides both flexibility and strength, the outer is highly wear-resistant and low-friction.
