0699 6447/15 6447 Compressed Air Meter by Testo

The compressed air counters testo 6441 to testo 6444 are designed for the measurement, monitoring and recording of compressed air consumption, and therefore also for the determination of leakages in compressed air systems, consumption-based allocation of costs and the implementation of peak load management. The compressed air counters testo 6441 to testo 6444 record norm volume flow according to the calorimetric principle, which means the measurement procedure is independent of the process pressure and does not cause a permanent pressure drop.

The version testo 6447 offers everything the testo 6446 provides, in addition the removal of the probe under pressure is possible (patented screw fitting). The larger nominal values refer especially to important compressed air pipelines, often the main supply line after preparation.

• Measurement of norm volume flow in the measuring range 6.7 to 27500 m³/h (DN65 to DN350 or 21/2"-10")
• Exchangeable fitting: Probe removal under pressure possible (testo 6447 only)
• Material selectable between galvanized steel and stainless steel
• Highest flexibility thanks to different signal outputs: Analog output 4 to 20 mA (4-wire), Pulse output, 2 switch outputs (parameterizable: consumption or volume flow-dependent, opener, closer, hysteresis, window)
• Built-in totalizer, even without additional analysis unit
• Operating menu with LED display
• Cleanable sensor

400563 4161 416 Small Vane Anemometer Kit by Testo

The compact testo 416 anemometer with permanently attached vane probe with telescopic handle (max. 890mm). Volume flow is shown directly in the display. Accurate volume flow calculation due to easy input of duct area. Timed and multi-point mean calculation provide information on mean volume flow. Min/max values can also be shown in the display. The Hold function enables you to freeze the current reading in the display.

Kits includes:

• 0560 4160 - 416 Mini-Vane Anemometer
• 0516 0210 - Soft carrying case - small

• Direct display of volume flow
• Multi-point or timed mean calculation
• Max/min values
• Hold button to freeze readings
• Display light
• Auto-Off function
• TopSafe, instrument protection against dirt and knocks (optional)

0560 0510 510 Pocket Pro Pressure Meter with Air Velocity by Testo

The differential pressure meter is ideally suitable for pressure measurements in the range 0 to 100 hPa. testo 510's differential pressure measurement is temperature-compensated for accurate readings. Readings can be displayed in Pascal over the whole measurement range. Magnets at the back of the instrument enable hands-free operation, for instance, while adjusting gas heaters.

• Display in Pascal possible over entire measurement range
• Accuracy: ±0.03 hPa (0 to 0.30 hPa) / ±0.05 hPa (0.31 to 1.00 hPa)
• Temperature compensation
• Magnetic rear permits free-hand work
• Flow velocity measurement with Pitot tube (Pitot tube not included in delivery)
• Air density compensation
• Protective cap for safe storage
• Including wrist strap and belt holder
• Backlit display
• Switchable units: hPa, mbar, Pa mmH2O, mmHg, inH2O, inHg, psi, m/s, fpm

Measuring Range: -31 to +176°F

0632 0317 315-2 Ambient CO Meter with Alarms by Testo

0555 6742 Dew Point Transmitter (1/2 NPT) by Testo

The testo 6740 was especilally developed for trace humidity measurement in compressed or dry air (e. g. granulate dryers). Thanks to a special adjustment, optimum accuracy in the trace humidity range has been achieved. The result of the development of the testo 6740 is a measuring range of -45 °C_td to +30 °C_td and excellent accuracy.

For the display of the relevant trace humidity parameters, a freely scalable analog output is available, optionally with a switch contact plug for MAX monitoring. In addition to this, the testo 6740 stands out thanks to its compact and userfriendly design, such as the rotatability of the housing by 350° for the optimum positioning of the display.
