The compressed air counters testo 6441 to testo 6444 are designed for the measurement, monitoring and recording of compressed air consumption, and therefore also for the determination of leakages in compressed air systems, consumption-based allocation of costs and the implementation of peak load management. The compressed air counters testo 6441 to testo 6444 record norm volume flow according to the calorimetric principle, which means the measurement procedure is independent of the process pressure and does not cause a permanent pressure drop.

The version testo 6447 offers everything the testo 6446 provides, in addition the removal of the probe under pressure is possible (patented screw fitting). The larger nominal values refer especially to important compressed air pipelines, often the main supply line after preparation.

testo 316-3 is a reliable leackage detector for refrigerants which should be part of every professional's refrigeration technology equipment. It detects even the samllest leaks thanks to ist high level of sensitivity of 4 g/a, and fulfils the requirements of the F-gas regulation as well as the standards SAE J1627 and EN 14624:2012. For the first time, surface temperatures with smallest diameters can be measured accurately at short and long distances. The switchable optics for far-field and close focus measurement make this possible. Far-field measurements are carried out at an optical resolution of 75:1. In this way, surface temperatures can be measured accurately even at great distances from the object to be measured. At a distance of 1.2 metres from the object to be measured, the measuring spot diameter is only 16 mm. A cross laser marks the measuring spot exactly during measurement. During measurements at a short distance from the object being measured, the close focus optics has a spot diameter of only 1 mm at a distance of 70 mm. Two laser points mark the spot exactly.

The instrument for measuring air moisture, material equilibrium moisture and pressure dewpoint in compressed air systems. Up to 3 temperature or humidity probes can be displayed; data transmission is radio-controlled, i.e. wireless. Measurement data can be transmitted by infrared to the Testo printer. It is also possible, during cyclical printing, to print measurement data once every minute, for example. testo 635 immediately displays the dewpoint difference between ambient air and the wall surface when analysing moisture on walls and ceilings. There are precision probes up to -60°C tpd available to inspect pressure dewpoint in compressed air systems.
