0699 6447/4 6447 Compressed Air Meter by Testo

The compressed air counters testo 6441 to testo 6444 are designed for the measurement, monitoring and recording of compressed air consumption, and therefore also for the determination of leakages in compressed air systems, consumption-based allocation of costs and the implementation of peak load management. The compressed air counters testo 6441 to testo 6444 record norm volume flow according to the calorimetric principle, which means the measurement procedure is independent of the process pressure and does not cause a permanent pressure drop.

The version testo 6447 offers everything the testo 6446 provides, in addition the removal of the probe under pressure is possible (patented screw fitting). The larger nominal values refer especially to important compressed air pipelines, often the main supply line after preparation.

• Measurement of norm volume flow in the measuring range 6.7 to 27500 m³/h (DN65 to DN350 or 21/2"-10")
• Exchangeable fitting: Probe removal under pressure possible (testo 6447 only)
• Material selectable between galvanized steel and stainless steel
• Highest flexibility thanks to different signal outputs: Analog output 4 to 20 mA (4-wire), Pulse output, 2 switch outputs (parameterizable: consumption or volume flow-dependent, opener, closer, hysteresis, window)
• Built-in totalizer, even without additional analysis unit
• Operating menu with LED display
• Cleanable sensor

Measuring Range: -50 to +350°C

0572 1763 176 T3 4-Channel Temperature Logger in metal housing with 4 external thermocouple connections (Type T, K, J) by Testo

It is sometimes important to test whether the prescribed temperature limit values in a process are being adhered to. The testo 176 T3 in its robust metal housing is the right data logger for parallel measurement and recording of temperature values at 4 different sites in industrial processes. The requirements of a many different applications can be fulfilled using a broad range of connectable thermocouple probes (Type K, Type T, Type J).

• Wareproof according to IP65
• Integrated USB and SD card interface for reading out data
• Large memory for 2 million measurement values - robust metal housing (without display)
• Simultaneous temperature measurement at up to four measurement sites thanks to different connectable thermocouple probes for the most widely differing applications
• Robust metal housing protects from mechanical influences such as impact

Measuring Range: -200 to +400 °C

6651 Temperature & Humidity Transmitter by Testo

Not all measurement problems can be solved with "simple" transmitters. The testo 6651 meets special challenges. When combined with the probe series testo 660x, the testo 6651 becomes the first choice in demanding air conditioning technology as well as in many other applications.

• Optimum adjustment concept thanks to adjustment of the entire signal chain incl. analog adjustment
• Ethernet, relay and analog outputs allow optimum integration into individual automation systems
• Self-monitoring and early warning guarantee high system availability
• Calculation and presentation of the humidity parameters relative humidity absolute humidity and dewpoint.
• P2A software for parameterization, adjustment and analysis saves time and costs in commissioning and maintenance
• Display with multi-language display
• High-quality plastic housing

0560 7351 735-1 Compact Pro Thermometer by Testo

The robust and compact measuring instrument with a probe socket for highly accurate Pt100 probes and two sockets for fast-action thermocouple probes. Readings from up to three additional temperature probes can be shown on the instrument's clear display; measurement data transmission is by radio i.e. wireless. A total of six channels can be collected in this way by the instrument. Using the highly accurate, plug-in Pt100 immersion/penetration probe, a system accuracy of 0.05 °C with a resolution of 0.001 °C is reached. The measurement system is therefore ideally suited for use as a working standard. Data measured by testo 735-1 can be transmitted by infrared to the Testo printer for documentation purposes. If cyclical printing is used, it is also possible to print data on the printer once every minute, for example.

• System accuracy up to 0.05 °C
• Testo printer prints measurement data on site (optional)
• Cyclical printing of readings once every minute, for example
• Displays, saves and prints Delta T, min, max and mean values
• Audible alarm when limit values are exceeded
• Protection class IP65
• Accuracy over the entire measurement range thanks to system adjustment

6681 Temperature & Humidity Transmitter by Testo

Industrial humidity measurement demands absolute professionalism. Not only in running the system, but also in the measuring technology used. The industrial humidity transmitter testo 6681, combined with the probe series testo 661x fulfils these high demands. The testo 6681 has a number of additional features, above and beyond the properties and benefits of a conventional transmitter, which will delight practitioners. This and other reasons make the

testo 6681 the first choice in drying technology, trace humidity and compressed air process technology, as well as in demanding air conditioning technology, e.g. in cleanrooms.

• Optimum adjustment concept thanks to adjustment of the entire signal chain incl. analog adjustment
• Profibus, Ethernet, relay and analog outputs allow optimum integration into individual automation systems
• Self-monitoring and early warning guarantee high system availability
• Calculation and presentation of all relevant humidity parameters
• P2A software for parameterization, adjustment and analysis saves time and costs in commissioning and maintenance
• Display with multi-language display
• Robust, easy-to-clean metal housing

0560 5129 512 Digital Manometer +/- 30psi (0 to 2000hPa) by Testo

testo 512 simultaneously shows pressure and flow velocity (apart from version 0 to 2000 hPa) in the large, easily legible, illuminated display, the measurement values can be printed out on site with date and time as well as minimum and maximum values.

testo 512 has two switchable units for flow velocity, and for pressure, eight units can even be set.

In the testo 512, damping for a sliding mean value calculation can be individually programmed, tightness compensation is integrated. The actual value displayed can be frozen in the display with the Hold-button, and the minimum and maximum values can be displayed and stored in the instrument.

The TopSafe protects the instrument from impact, dirt and splash water in tough practical applications (optional).

The differential pressure measuring instrument testo 512 is available in four different versions:

• Measuring range 0 to 2 hPa
• Measuring range 0 to 20 hPa
• Measuring range 0 to 200 hPa
• Measuring range 0 to 2000 hPa (without flow velocity and Pascal measurement)

• 8 pressure units can be selected: kPa, hPa, Pa, mm H2O, mmHg, psi, inch H2O, inch Hg
• 2 flow velocity units can be selected: m/s, fpm
• Integrated tightness compensation
• Display illumination
• Max./min. as well as Hold-function
• Printout of measurement values incl. date/time and min./max. values
