The compressed air counters testo 6441 to testo 6444 are designed for the measurement, monitoring and recording of compressed air consumption, and therefore also for the determination of leakages in compressed air systems, consumption-based allocation of costs and the implementation of peak load management. The compressed air counters testo 6441 to testo 6444 record norm volume flow according to the calorimetric principle, which means the measurement procedure is independent of the process pressure and does not cause a permanent pressure drop.

The version testo 6447 offers everything the testo 6446 provides, in addition the removal of the probe under pressure is possible (patented screw fitting). The larger nominal values refer especially to important compressed air pipelines, often the main supply line after preparation.

The compact testo 425 anemometer with permanently attached thermal flow probe (probe head Ø 7.5 mm) incl. telescopic handle. Volume flow is shown directly in the display. The robust and compact measuring instrument with a probe socket for highly accurate Pt100 probes and two sockets for fast-action thermocouple probes. Readings from up to three additional temperature probes can be shown on the instrument's clear display; measurement data transmission is by radio i.e. wireless. A total of six channels can be collected in this way by the instrument. Using the highly accurate, plug-in Pt100 immersion/penetration probe, a system accuracy of 0.05 °C with a resolution of 0.001 °C is reached. The measurement system is therefore ideally suited for use as a working standard. Data measured by testo 735-1 can be transmitted by infrared to the Testo printer for documentation purposes. If cyclical printing is used, it is also possible to print data on the printer once every minute, for example.

testo 512 simultaneously shows pressure and flow velocity (apart from version 0 to 2000 hPa) in the large, easily legible, illuminated display, the measurement values can be printed out on site with date and time as well as minimum and maximum values.

testo 512 has two switchable units for flow velocity, and for pressure, eight units can even be set.

In the testo 512, damping for a sliding mean value calculation can be individually programmed, tightness compensation is integrated. The actual value displayed can be frozen in the display with the Hold-button, and the minimum and maximum values can be displayed and stored in the instrument.

The TopSafe protects the instrument from impact, dirt and splash water in tough practical applications (optional).
