The compressed air counters testo 6441 to testo 6444 are designed for the measurement, monitoring and recording of compressed air consumption, and therefore also for the determination of leakages in compressed air systems, consumption-based allocation of costs and the implementation of peak load management. The compressed air counters testo 6441 to testo 6444 record norm volume flow according to the calorimetric principle, which means the measurement procedure is independent of the process pressure and does not cause a permanent pressure drop.

The version testo 6447 offers everything the testo 6446 provides, in addition the removal of the probe under pressure is possible (patented screw fitting). The larger nominal values refer especially to important compressed air pipelines, often the main supply line after preparation.

0560 7351 735-1 Compact Pro Thermometer by Testo

The robust and compact measuring instrument with a probe socket for highly accurate Pt100 probes and two sockets for fast-action thermocouple probes. Readings from up to three additional temperature probes can be shown on the instrument's clear display; measurement data transmission is by radio i.e. wireless. A total of six channels can be collected in this way by the instrument. Using the highly accurate, plug-in Pt100 immersion/penetration probe, a system accuracy of 0.05 °C with a resolution of 0.001 °C is reached. The measurement system is therefore ideally suited for use as a working standard. Data measured by testo 735-1 can be transmitted by infrared to the Testo printer for documentation purposes. If cyclical printing is used, it is also possible to print data on the printer once every minute, for example.

6351 Differential Pressure Transmitter - standard housing plastic by Testo

The differential pressure transmitter testo 6351 was developed specially for monitoring differential pressure in the measuring range from 50 Pa to 2000 hPa. In cleanroom technology, the maintenance of positive pressure prevents the entry of contaminated air. In order to keep the cleanroom conditions constant, the transmitter additionally calculates the parameters volume flow and flow velocity from the measured differential pressure.

The testo 6351 is particularly outstanding thanks to the automatioc zero-point adjustment which ensures high accuracy and long-term stability.

The integrated self-monitoring and early warning function also guarantees the operator high system availability.
