The ambient air conditions measuring instrument, for asssessing Indoor Air Quality and tuning and testing VAC systems, stands out on account of its efficient measurement process. The user-friendly measuring instrument has the right measurement engineering for every application and different flow speeds; for example, thermal probes, vane or Pitot tube measurement. Probe-controlled menus and selectable user profiles, e.g. for duct measurement or long-term measurement, ensure the user-friendliest operation possible. The new IAQ probe measures Indoor Air Quality by measuring the CO2 level, air moisture and air temperature. In addition, lux and comfort level probes can be connected to measure draught air. Clear analysis and archiving ensure convenient documentation. Temperature and humidity measurement is built-in in the new thermal probe. The special flow protocol professionally documents duct measurements. It is also possible to connect additional temperature and humidity probes. Readings from up to 3 temperature or humidity probes can be displayed in the measuring instrument; data transmission is by radio, i.e. wireless.

The instrument for measuring air moisture, material equilibrium moisture and pressure dewpoint in compressed air systems. Moisture characteristics can be recorded in the instrument memory and analysed and displayed in graphics or tables. Up to 3 temperature or humidity probes can be displayed in the testo 635-2 meter; data transmission is by radio i.e. wireless. Selectable user profiles, i.e. allocation of specific function buttons and menu-guide to an application enable intuitive operation. Material moisture can be displayed immediately on account of the special probe. Characteristics for different materials can be stored in ComSoft and transmitted to the instrument. testo 635 immediately displays the dewpoint difference between ambient air and the wall surface in the analysis of moisture on walls and ceilings. Precision probes up to -60°C tpd are available to check pressure dewpoint in compressed air systems. In the testo 512, damping for a sliding mean value calculation can be individually programmed, tightness compensation is integrated. The actual value displayed can be frozen in the display with the Hold-button, and the minimum and maximum values can be displayed and stored in the instrument.
