The POLI multi-gas meters offer 4-gas monitoring of toxic gases, oxygen (O₂), combustibles (LEL), carbon dioxide (CO₂) and volatile organic compounds (VOCs). The POLI MP400P is an advanced model with built-in pump that allows a full selection of sensors for a wide range of applications, including Confined Space Entry, while the POLI MP400 is a basic, 4-gas diffusion detector for worker safety at hazardous locations. Smart sensors carry calibration and ID information with them for quick exchange in the field during Hazmat response. Specific sensors include electrochemical (EC) for carbon monoxide (CO), hydrogen sulfide (H₂S), ammonia (NH₃), hydrogen cyanide (HCN), hydrogen chloride (HCl), chlorine (Cl₂), chlorine dioxide (ClO₂), nitric oxide (NO), nitrogen dioxide (NO₂), sulfur dioxide (SO₂), ethylene oxide, methyl mercaptan, and others. The EC 22 Series are innovative and cost-effective transmitters for the detection of toxic gases or oxygen levels, but without the need for explosion protection.

Time-proven and innovative

The EC 22 is equipped with high quality GfG sensors. The transmitters are fitted with high-performance electronics for voltage stabilization, processing of readings, and temperature compensation. Follow up costs are minimized thanks to the long lifespan of the sensors.

Universal signal transmission

Either an analog or digital output signal can be transmitted by the EC 22 by means of a Modbus interface. Due to the different types of signal transmission, a transmitter from the 22 series can be connected to almost any gas detecting system, also as a supplementary or replacement transmitter on existing systems.

Signal processing

The embedded software of the EC 22 linearizes the measuring signal and compensates for the effects of temperature. As a result, correct readings are transmitted even with weather related fluctuations in temperature. In addition, the transmitter also offers the option of transmitting service, maintenance, and error messages to a connected gas measuring computer.

Weather protection

A weatherproof housing not only protects transmitters against exposure to wind and weather, but also against contamination and excessive temperatures caused by direct sunlight.

Optional colored graphic display and horn

The clear graphic display of the EC 22 is self explanatory and allows you to read the current status and other important information with ease. The display enables you to navigate effortlessly through the unit s concise menu and to change settings or even calibrate, depending on your user authorization. In the event of an alarm the display changes color from green to red. Two LEDs indicate the status.

Operation buttons

The buttons on the transmitter allow the unit to be calibrated and settings to be adjusted through the menu as needed.

Calibration adapter

In order to perform regular bump tests, a calibration adapter is used on the transmitter, which ensures a uniform and secure supply of gas.

Sturdy and compact dual gas detector for monitoring toxic gases, H2 and O2

The G222E is the first device in GfG s Micro 5 series. At present, it is the smallest and at the same time one of the lightest one- to two-gas detectors with two electrochemical gas sensors (EC) in the world.

Safety through quality and functionality

Equipped with high-quality, precise and durable sensors, the system is individually tailored to your requirements. Currently, sensors are available for 20 different gases and a wide array of measuring ranges. Combine them according to your requirements or increase the safety of your employees even further by redundant use of the same sensors to minimize the danger from a specific gas.

A simple, two-button menu and a large, easy-to-read display provide easy menu navigation and reliable information even under difficult conditions.

Suitable for long periods of use

Depending on sensor equipment and configuration, the G222E has an average operating time of up to 9 months at 10 hours per working day or 90 days in 24/7 operation. The battery of the G222E can be changed in seconds if necessary and the gas detector is ready for use again.

Data logger

The internal data logger stores the last 2600 events. These include measured values, alarms, TWA and STEL values, and time as well as temperature information.

Calibration Cap & Smart Cap

Calibration and adjustment of the G222E are quite simple. All you need is the Calibration Cap for manual zero and test gas application.

If you want to read out the content of the data logger, you will need the Smart Cap, a USB connection cable and the Config Software for the G222 series instead.
