The VOXiWatch II series continuous gas monitoring system is specifically designed for detection of H2S and LEL (combustibles) around temporary workover rigs. VOXiWatch II uses our MP883 two-channel controller in NEMA 4X enclosure, outfitted with transmitters for 1 or 2 electrochemical H2S sensor(s), or 1 or 2 catalytic bead LEL sensor(s), or one each of H2S and LEL. All cable connections are protected by rugged strain relief in an explosion proof enclosure that includes a convenient mounting bracket. Continuing in its legacy of durable and reliable gas detection and monitoring systems, RKI Instruments is proud to offer a new product in its popular Eagle portable gas detector series. The Eagle 2 can monitor up to 6 different gases and is equipped with several exclusive features that can only be found with the Eagle series. Specialty Sensors

The Eagle 2 has a variety of available specialty sensors. Exclusive Features

The monitor has a long internal pump that can draw samples for up to 125 feet. The pump features a low flow auto shut off and alarm. This allows operators to respond swiftly from a safe distance. The unit is multilingual with 5 different language preferences, and features an alkaline battery life of 18 hours or a NiMH life of 20 hours. To protect the integrity of the device and the configurations, the unit can be password protected. The Eagle 2 also has standard data logging capabilities for easy research, evaluation, and site monitoring. To reduce calibration costs and time, the unit features an automatic calibration option and a single gas calibration option.

The Eagle 2 is heavily protected from environmental conditions by a weather proof, chemical resistant RFI/EMI coated high impact polycarbonate/PBT blend enclosure. The enclosure also renders the unit water and dust resistant. Because of the enclosure, the Eagle 2 can function in 2 inches of water without leakage.

The RAM 4021 AutoCal® series is the unit of choice where specific and accurate measurement of carbon monoxide, oxygen or dew-point levels are required. Designed to meet OSHA requirements for monitoring of Grade D respirable air, this unit is equipped with a reliable electrochemical sensor that accurately indicates the level of carbon monoxide on an illuminated liquid crystal display. Respiratory air specifications

All GfG Instrumentation RAM Instruments satisfy the requirements of OSHA rule 29 CFR 1910.134 (d) (2) (ii) for carbon monoxide monitoring. They will also monitor Grade E air, generally specified for breathing air in cylinders (SCBA).

Wall mounted filter panel option

The 25, 50 and 100 CFM panels filter out dangerous toxins from supplied air sources and ensure clean, breathable air. The threestage filter system efficiently removes particulates, oil vapors and hydrocarbons from an air supply. After filtration, the regulator sets the pressure for the respiratory equipment and the manifold assembly provides multiple outlets for airline hose quick connections. The model 8025 panel includes two user female quick connect outlets; the 8050 includes four, and the 8100 includes eight. A 1/2" FPT connection is standard on all 50 and 100 CFM panels, and a 3/8" FPT connection is standard on all 25 CFM panels.

To fit every environment, there are three versions available. All versions include three electrochemical and one infrared sensor.
