All internal Teflon tubing and instrument power cords installed along with power distribution system. This CM4 unit represents the latest in interference free, low maintenance, low cost of ownership solutions for the semiconductor, pharmaceutical and chemical industries. Its low profile ¼" tubing minimises intrusion into process areas, ducts, gas cabinets, etc.

A variety of signal outputs are available making CM4 a truly flexible product. It easily installs into most building alarm systems. An optional rack mount enclosure and printer fill out the product range, providing convenient housing and documentation capability. Rack mount Kit "B": For a new CM4/CM4-P ordered concurrently with a rack enclosure (Schroff version). Includes all configuration changes required to permit quick installation of a new CM4 unit into a new MDA rack. I/O module is installed in CM4 enclosure, all slides are installed on units

1874-0000 CM4-P Pyrolyzing Gas Monitor For NF3 Base Unit, 100/110 VAC version by Honeywell Analytics

CM4-P provides reliable, continuous detection of Nitrogen Trifluoride. The unit features an integral pyrolyzer that converts NF3 to Hydrogen Fluoride for detection on the mineral acids Chemcassette®. The unit features a variety of outputs. Chemcassette sensors provide 4 weeks or more of uninterrupted surveillence.
