MicroDock II Automatic Test and Calibration Station

The MicroDock II Test/Calibration Docking System is a cost-effective way to manage calibration, bump testing and datalogging of Honeywell Analytics X5 and XD portable gas detectors.

The MicroDock II packs advanced technology within a compact design to offer the industry s foremost automatic calibration, testing and data management system for portable gas detection equipment. Compatible with the Honeywell Analytics XD and X5 portable gas detectors, the MicroDock II expands up to 10 docking modules (including up to 6 charging units).

Fully portable, lightweight and self-contained, the MicroDock II requires no computer. Instrument records are stored for easy retrieval in the MicroDock II and each individual gas detector. Each MicroDock II system can be connected to a LAN.

Cost and time requirements for routine maintenance are reduced through the MicroDock II s sophisticated automatic calibration and test procedures.

Impact Personal Multi-gas Monitors

The Impact range of portable multi-gas monitors is able to monitor and display up to four gases simultaneously.

Using high specification flammable, oxygen and patented Surecell™ toxic sensors, our unique cartridge technology ensures safe, accurate and reliable measurements are always made.

Available in two configurations, the Impact and Impact Pro accepts either disposable and/or serviceable cartridges respectively, all of which are pre-calibrated and can be replaced in under one minute, so simplifying maintenance and minimising cost wherever possible. Compact and rugged these monitors are designed for tough working environments while being small, lightweight and unobtrusive, making them ideal for use in confined spaces where entry and exit may be difficult.

Designed to work how you want to; gas checks prior to entering a confined space can be carried out using a drop line, hand aspirator or via an optional built-in pump (supplied as standard on the Impact Pro) that turns on and off automatically when the sampling tube is connected.

Sensepoint XCD

With the Sensepoint XCD detection system, Honeywell provides easy to use, low maintenance sensory devices for monitoring explosive atmospheric conditions in a variety of industrial settings. The Sensepoint XCD system monitors for explosive oxygen gas, toxic gas, and flammable conditions and constantly relays status through transmitters utilizing a simply traffic light LCD system which can be easily seen and understood from a distance.

The Sensepoint XCD system provides a catch all-detection system which has worldwide industry approvals and is compliant with all relevant standards.
