The testo 104-IR is a waterproof (IP65) penetration thermometer combined with an infrared sensor for non-contact temperature measurement. It can be used for various applications in the food sector. The precise testo 104-IR scans the surface temperature of individual foods or entire pallets from a distance. If a limit value is exceeded or undershot, the hinged penetration probe is also able to measure the core temperature.

The penetration probe is always securely stowed on the instrument itself. As soon as the probe is opened up, the display is activated, and the IR measurement starts at the touch of a button. Thanks to the large display, it is easy to read the measurement result.

The RP-3R are compact, battery operated, motorized sample drawing pumps which attach to either the GX-3R or the GX-3R Pro to change them from diffusion operation to sample drawing operation. The model RP-3R pumps and the GX-3R or GX-3R Pro gas monitor make a complete solution for confined space entry.

The RP-3R is housed in a rugged plastic case with a quick disconnect fitting for hose attachment. It is provided with a 4" tapered red rubber nozzle. A hose and probe are available as optional accessories. Hose lenghts of 10' to 100' are available. The probe is equipped with an internal dust filter and clear body for easy viewing. The RP-3R uses one AA battery and will operate for up to 10 hours in normal mode (higher flow mode) with an optional ECO mode (lower-flow mode) that can last up to 16 hours. The pump quickly and firmly snaps onto the GX-3R or GX-3R Pro gas monitor and is easily removed when sampling is complete. No tools are required.

A push button POWER switch is used to activate the RP-3R, and the POWER LED illuminates when the RP-3R is on. If a low flow condition occurs, the FLOW LED flashes and an audible alarm will sound. The POWER LED flashes if low battery occurs.

Robust housing for every application

The transmitters of the 33 series are flameproof encapsulated and fulfill the requirements of the type of protection "d". Depending on the application, you can choose the 33 transmitter with an epoxy-based aluminum or a pure stainless steel housing. In order to meet the quality requirements of our customers and our own standards in terms of durability, we use a particularly high-quality and durable Viton seal in the 33 series. This can withstand even the toughest operating conditions for many years.

Variants

GfG offers the CC 33 in two variants:

For conventional industrial The CC 33 is available in a lacquered die-cast aluminum housing with 10mm thick bulletproof glass. Applications with special conditions such as e.g. in the Food industry can be covered by a unpainted housing made of stainless steel with a 15mm thick bulletproof glass.

Operation by means of magnetic pin

The three magnetic switches behind the protective glass, which is up to 15mm thick, can be operated using the GfG magnetic pin. The GfG typical three-button operation is easy to understand. The menu is clearly structured and logically structured.

All transmitters of the 22, 29 and 33 series have a uniform user interface. The uniform operation and the logical system structure keep your training and maintenance effort as low as possible.

Proven and innovative is not a contradiction

The CC 33 works on the principle of catalytic heat generation (WT), a proven method for measuring combustible gases. The transmitters are equipped with high-performance electronics for voltage stabilization, processing of measured value output and temperature compensation. The long life of the sensors minimizes follow-up costs.

Sensor technology

With improved sensor technology and the unique GfG "chimney effect", the CC 33 transmitter for combustible gases has one of the fastest response times in the world. There are more crucial seconds left to initiate countermeasures and to bring people to safety.

Universal signal transmission

The measured values and status displays of the 33 series can be transmitted either analog or digital via the Modbus interface. Due to the different variants of signal transmission, a transmitter of the 33 series can be connected to almost any gas warning system as an additional measuring point or in exchange for existing transducers.

Signal processing

The embedded software of the 33 transmitter linearises the measurement signal and compensates for temperature influences. As a result, correct measured values are transmitted even in the event of weather-related temperature fluctuations. The execution of the software enables the detection of faults and, in the Modbus variant, the requirement of required service or maintenance work.

Smart sensors

Pre-calibrated sensor modules can be screwed directly into the sensor receptacle on the housing of the CC 33. The smart GfG sensors are pre-programmed with all the necessary parameters and can be used without much effort ("plug and play"). Sensor changes are shown in the display. (catalytic and electrochemical sensors)

Three freely programmable internal relays

The 33er transmitters can be used as a "stand-alone system". You can set the two alarm thresholds individually and freely program the optional three relays. You do not need a cable to a controller and you can nevertheless reliably switch safety-related devices.

With colored graphic display

The clearly laid-out graphic display makes it easy to read the device status, the current measured value and many other important information. In the event of an alarm, the display turns red. The large LEDs signal from a distance the current device status and thus serve the rapid information of your employees about any alarms or malfunctions.

Using the display, you can easily navigate through the clear device menu and make various settings, including calibration, depending on your user authorization.

Calibration

For regular function control with gas application, a calibration adapter is placed on the transmitter to ensure a safe and even gas supply.

Easy to Use

The Gasman s true one button technology is an ideal and simple design. The large glove friendly button is mounted on the front of the unit for easy access and controls all of the unit s programmable features. Also on the front, the Gasman s easy to read backlit LCD screen indicates gas readings and the battery status. The simple screen provides a clear indication of the unit s operation status. It will also alert the user 30 days in advance of when a calibration test is due. With a simple and intuitive design, Crowcon has produced a gas detector that reduces the complexities of workplace safety, and ensures workers in a straightforward manner that their equipment is on and operational.

Triple Alarm System

This portable single gas detection system features a triple alarm system that is sure to alert the user and anyone in the vicinity. The visible alarm utilizes a dual red and blue flashing LED light, and the unit houses an internal vibrating alert system. These two indicators allow for visual recognition in loud environments and working conditions. The alarm system also features a programmable audible alarm at 95 decibels. The unit is capable of a variety of alarm tones, and users can select which tone may be best for the individual workplace setting. The triple alarm system with multiple sensory indicators is sure to be noticed in almost any work environment.

Specifications

The Gasman single gas monitor is lightweight and compact, weighing less than 135 grams and with dimensions of 90 x 48 x 24 mm. The unit is available with a wide variety of gas sensors which feature various detection and alarm levels. The unit also features a quick response time of 20 seconds for flammable and toxic gases or 10 seconds for oxygen. Its datalogging feature has approximately 900 hours of storage and all events are time stamped. The battery life for this unit is incredible with 12 hours of runtime on a Rechargeable battery battery or up to 2 years on a non-Rechargeable battery.

Time-proven and innovative

The CC 22 works according to the heat of reaction principle, a proven method for measuring combustible gases. The transmitters are fitted with high-performance electronics for voltage stabilization, processing of readings, and temperature compensation. Universal signal transmission

Either an analog or digital output signal can be transmitted by the CC 22 by means of a Modbus interface. Due to the different types of signal transmission, a 22 series transmitter can be connected to almost any gas detection system, also as an extra measuring point or as a replacement transmitter on existing systems.

Signal processing

The embedded software of the CC 22 linearises the measuring signal and compensates for the effects of temperature. As a result, correct readings are transmitted even with weather related fluctuations in temperature. The software allows problems to be detected, and the Modbus version also indicates any required service or maintenance work.

Weather protection

A weatherproof housing not only protects transmitters against exposure to wind and weather, but also against contamination and excessive temperatures caused by direct sunlight.

Optional colored graphic display

The clear graphic display of the CC 22 is self explanatory and allows you to read off the current status and other important information with ease. The display enables you to navigate effortlessly through the unit's concise menu and to change settings or even calibrate, depending on your user authorization. Operation buttons

The buttons on the transmitter allow the unit to be calibrated and settings to be adjusted through the menu as needed.

Not all gases can be monitored directly at the measuring point. This may be because the maintenance of a remote sensor would be too complicated or because the target gas has to be broken down into detectable components first. This can be done using a pyrolyzer.

In these cases, the D-ReX PoS with its integrated pump is an ideal solution. The point of sampling (PoS) can be up to 100 feet / 30 meters away from the D-ReX. This also applies to the length of the recirculation hose.
