Easy to Use

The Gasman s true one button technology is an ideal and simple design. The large glove friendly button is mounted on the front of the unit for easy access and controls all of the unit s programmable features. Also on the front, the Gasman s easy to read backlit LCD screen indicates gas readings and the battery status. The simple screen provides a clear indication of the unit s operation status. It will also alert the user 30 days in advance of when a calibration test is due. With a simple and intuitive design, Crowcon has produced a gas detector that reduces the complexities of workplace safety, and ensures workers in a straightforward manner that their equipment is on and operational.

Triple Alarm System

This portable single gas detection system features a triple alarm system that is sure to alert the user and anyone in the vicinity. The visible alarm utilizes a dual red and blue flashing LED light, and the unit houses an internal vibrating alert system. These two indicators allow for visual recognition in loud environments and working conditions. The alarm system also features a programmable audible alarm at 95 decibels. The unit is capable of a variety of alarm tones, and users can select which tone may be best for the individual workplace setting. The triple alarm system with multiple sensory indicators is sure to be noticed in almost any work environment.

Specifications

The Gasman single gas monitor is lightweight and compact, weighing less than 135 grams and with dimensions of 90 x 48 x 24 mm. The unit is available with a wide variety of gas sensors which feature various detection and alarm levels. The unit also features a quick response time of 20 seconds for flammable and toxic gases or 10 seconds for oxygen. Its datalogging feature has approximately 900 hours of storage and all events are time stamped. The battery life for this unit is incredible with 12 hours of runtime on a rechargeable battery or up to 2 years on a non-rechargeable battery.

MGS-150 Series Gas Transmitter is a feature-rich gas detection system with a wide range of sensor options to provide real-time monitoring of refrigerant, combustible, and toxic gases. It comes standard with user-selectable analog and digital outputs that can be set for 4-20 mA, 0-5V, 1-5V, 0-10V, or 2-10V; allowing them to connect directly to most BMS, SCADA or control systems. Alarm indicators include an onboard alarm LED and audible buzzer, in addition to an alarm relay for connection to external audible/visual alarms or a BMS system. The product's alarm threshold value is pre-set to factory defaults but is also field programmable. A variety of housing options are available (shown below), from standard IP41 enclosures to IP66 water resistant housings, which allow the MGS-150 Series gas sensors to be placed in the toughest of conditions.

DIBBER Replacement Dibber/Auger for Soil pH Probe by Bluelab

Easy handling

Ammonia and hydrogen are lighter than air. The IAM-100 Gas Monitor from Bacharach offers exceptional continuos monitoring performance and flexibility at an economical price. By itself, or integrated into a comprehensive detection system, the IAM-100 is a scalable solution for detecting a variety of refrigerants, combustible gases and VOC gas leaks at the lowest possible cost.

Onboard LEDs illuminate when the sensor is in an alarm state while the unit's audible alarm alerts personnel in the area that levels have exceeded the desired limit. The audible alarm can be muted with the onboard silence switch. Integrated dual relays enable the IAM-100 to shut-off refrigerant or propane supply lines while the second relay can be used as a connection to a building BMS or BAS system.

The IAM-100 is an alarm threshold device. When the range of the sensor is exceeded, the detector will go into alarm. For example, a unit with a 1,000 ppm R-410a sensor will activate its alarm when the detected refrigerant meets or exceeds 1,000 ppm.

RKI Instrument's model SD-1 Series smart combustible gas, toxic gas, oxygen, and organic vapor detector/transmitter is a robust and reliable explosion proof design for detecting LEL and ppm levels of hazardous atmospheres. In addition to measuring the common %LEL levels of methane, hexane and isobutane, for example, the SD-1 Series also has the capability of measuring a wide variety of toxic organic compounds in a PPM range such as acrylonitrile, ethylene oxide, n-methyl pyrolidone, methylene chloride and many others. This gives the SD-1 Series a unique niche in RKI's gas detector line-up. The SD-1 has an ATEX/IECEX approval for the explosion class ExdIICT5 and has an IP-65/67 ingress protection rating.

The SD-1 has a 4-20mA signal output as well as relay contacts for interfacing with other control systems or monitoring facilities. All SD-1 types are also available with HART communication instead of 4-20mA relay. SIL2 is available for the IR, EC and OX types.
