With one-button activation, adjustable alarm settings and an easy-to-read display the Protege ZM is simple to use. Just turn it on for the first time, and the monitor does the rest. Using the default settings from the factory there is no need to set up or program the monitor. Once activated, the Protege ZM monitor does not require charging or calibration so these monitors can be deployed in the field 24 hours a day, every day for two years, maintenance and hassle free. The H2S and CO models include a hibernate feature which allows you to extend your battery life up to one additional year.

Because of its small size and strong, stainless steel alligator clip, the Protege ZM can be conveniently placed where you want it. The monitor is small, lightweight (less than 3 oz.), ergonomically designed and meets IP67 requirements for ingress protection. The unique Protege ZM profile fits your hand nicely, making the monitor comfortable to hold. It's so lightweight and small you will forget you're wearing it while it protects you.

Easy to use, efficient, portable accessories.

The Protege ZM monitor is supported by a portfolio of accessories including a four-bay test station and IR Connect programmer. The test station stores data, programs the monitors and supports bumping, calibrating, hibernating and programming of up to four monitors simultaneously, and is available in both portable and table-top versions. The test station's simple two-button operation and intuitive design means you'll be up and running in no time. The Protege ZM test station is also available in a compact tabletop version. A convenient gas inlet on the side panel allows any size calibration bottle to be used.

The IR Connect allows programming and hibernating of individual monitors. You can also use the IR Connect to calibrate your monitor and download event logs.

98768-56 Traceable Memory-Loc™ Datalogging Low-Temp Thermometer with Calibration; 2 Stainless Steel Probes by Digi-Sense

Easily monitor temperatures overnight or for any time period - stores over 1 million temperature observations. Datalogger will stop recording when storage is full and will not overwrite recorded data. Memory can be cleared after downloading data and alarm events. Set high and low alarms in 1° increments; alarm sounds when temperature rises above or falls below set points. The alarm tracking feature stores data for up to 10 different alarm events detailing when the alarm state occurred, as well as when the unit returned within range. Alarm state indicator include audio alerts and flashing LCD segments. Transfer data recorded in a CSV format to any computer via a USB flash drive - no software is required. Unit continues to record data while downloading data. Sampling rate is 5 sec (10 sec for models 98768-55, -56, -59, and -60). Select logging interval ranging from 1 min to 24 hours. Other status indicators include low-battery, memory full, USB data transfer, and active alarm state. Probe is attached to a 10-ft (3 m) microcable that permits a door to close on it. Mount meter with included hook-and-loop strips, wall-mount slots, or use flip-open stand on benchtop.

Select from glycol-filled glass, or vaccine bottle probe(s), standard plastic Bullet™ probe(s), or stainless steel probe(s). Bottle probes contain nontoxic glycol solution which is considered GRAS (generally recognized as safe) by the FDA. The solution filled bottle simulates the temperature of other stored liquids and eliminates the rapid temperature fluctuation caused by opening the refrigerator/freezer door. Vaccine bottles are designed to fit vaccine trays. Use standard Bullet probe to measure air and liquid temperatures. Bullet probe sensor and cable may be completely immersed; sensor measures 3/4"L x 0.187" dia (19 x 4.75 mm). Durable stainless steel probes measure 6-1/4"L x 0.125" dia (159 x 3.18 mm) and withstand both low and high temperatures - ideal for measuring temperatures of air, liquids, and semi-solids.
