DUO TRACER is a portable gas detector that uses the diffusion method to warn of dangerous environments related to gases. The detector indicates the concentration of oxygen, explosive or toxic gases on the LCD monitor. It is easy and simple to operate. The device alerts workers to danger with an alarm, LED, and vibration when gas levels exceed safety thresholds. It shows the gas concentration in real time and identifies the maximum and minimum concentration. Settings can be modified via wireless or Senko IR Link (optional).

Easily monitor temperatures overnight or for any time period - stores over 1 million temperature observations. Datalogger will stop recording when storage is full and will not overwrite recorded data. Memory can be cleared after downloading data and alarm events. Set high and low alarms in 1° increments; alarm sounds when temperature rises above or falls below set points. The alarm tracking feature stores data for up to 10 different alarm events detailing when the alarm state occurred, as well as when the unit returned within range. Alarm state indicator include audio alerts and flashing LCD segments. Transfer data recorded in a CSV format to any computer via a USB flash drive - no software is required. Unit continues to record data while downloading data. Sampling rate is 5 sec (10 sec for models 98768-55, -56, -59, and -60). Select logging interval ranging from 1 min to 24 hours. Other status indicators include low-battery, memory full, USB data transfer, and active alarm state. Probe is attached to a 10-ft (3 m) microcable that permits a door to close on it. Mount meter with included hook-and-loop strips, wall-mount slots, or use flip-open stand on benchtop.

Bottle probes contain nontoxic glycol solution which is considered GRAS (generally recognized as safe) by the FDA. The solution filled bottle simulates the temperature of other stored liquids and eliminates the rapid temperature fluctuation caused by opening the refrigerator/freezer door. Vaccine bottles are designed to fit vaccine trays. Use standard Bullet probe to measure air and liquid temperatures. Bullet probe sensor and cable may be completely immersed; sensor measures 3/4"L x 0.187" dia (19 x 4.75 mm). Durable stainless steel probes measure 6-1/4"L x 0.125" dia (159 x 3.18 mm) and withstand both low and high temperatures - ideal for measuring temperatures of air, liquids, and semi-solids.

Normally, it is difficult to hide the data logger inside the display cabinet. The testo digital temperature / humidity probe (1.5" x 0.63" / 36 x 16 mm) can be hidden within the case base showing only a small paintable vent cap and the bushing's collar. The data from the probe transfer to the Wi-Fi logger over a thin 1.7 ft. / 0.6 m or an 8.2 ft. / 2.5 m extension cable. The maximum length of combined extension cables is 32.8 ft. / 10 meters.

Applications for the temperature and humidity probe

The temperature and humidity probe is ideal for use in museums, galleries and other exhibit application. Use the high-precision temperature and humidity probe (with external data logger) to measure the temperature and relative humidity in display cabinets. The supplied base plate bushing with an O-ring prevents leakage of external air. Monitor the micro-climate in your display cabinet to see if the artwork maintained at optimal environmental conditions, or if the silica gel pellets need replacing.

Smart probe calibration

The temperature and humidity probe offers maximum digital measurement reliability. As the processing of measuring values is done within the probe, the quality of the measurement is not affected by the length of the cable between the Wi-Fi data logger and the probe. The probe can be sent in for calibration on its own (without the data logger) because the calibration points are stored internally.
