Traceable® Conductivity Standards complies with and is essential for use in these official methods: AOAC 973.40, EPA 120.1, Standard Method 2510 (APHA, AWWA, WEF), ISO 7888, DIN 38404, ASTM D1125, USGS I-1780, USP 645, and for A2LA/NVLAP accreditations/ISO 9000 certifications. Material may be used to calibrate all conductivity meters and to determine all conductivity cell constants.

To assure accuracy an individually serial-numbered Traceable® Certificate is supplied to indicate traceability to standards provided by NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology) and/or a National Standards Laboratory. A2LA accredited certification provides the highest achievable level of quality assurance, documentation, and accuracy. Conductivity Standards are produced in an A2LA accredited ISO/IEC 17025:2005 (1750.01) calibration laboratory. Additional certifications include ISO 31 (certificate content) and ISO 35 (statistical analysis), plus ISO 9001 (certified quality manufacturer).

Coatings and Prisms

The prisms inside Nature DX consist of high-quality BaK-4 glass with phase coatings applied so that more light reflects off their internal faces and passes through to the eye.

Taken together, the fully multi-coated lenses and BaK-4 prisms maximize light transmission for the remarkably bright, highly detailed images.

The Body

A durable rubber armored polycarbonate housing protects your Nature DX binoculars from damage without weighing you down. Viewing through Nature DX is comfortable for eyeglass wearers and non-eyeglass wearers alike, thanks to the durable twist-up eyecups. Twist through multiple click stops to find the position that works best for you.

What's more, the binocular is fully waterproof and filled with dry nitrogen gas to prevent internal fogging of the lenses. Nature DX can stand up to even the harshest outdoor conditions.

Perfect for a Variety of Uses

The Nature DX 10x50mm offers 10x magnification, perfect for up-close views of distant subjects. Despite its higher magnification, this binocular maintains a close focus of just 8.2 feet, making it a great choice for viewing nearby birds, butterflies, plants, and more. The 50mm objective lenses are large enough to transmit lots of light, while still being lightweight enough to use without a tripod.
