Applications

Industrial facilities possess a wide variety of gas detection needs. To enable personnel to work safely in these environments, monitoring of toxic gases, oxygen enrichment and deficiency, and combustible gases is necessary. Solution

The TG5000 Monitoring System is an effective and economical solution to detecting combustible and toxic gases, as well as oxygen deficiency/enrichment. Individuals need personal protection in hazardous areas at all times without adding extra bulky equipment, and the 03 Series can provide that kind of protection at an affordable price. The GP-03, OX-03, CO-03, and HS-03 models are personal single gas monitors designed for protection from exposure to combustible hydrocarbons, oxygen deficiency, hydrogen sulfide, or carbon monoxide.

The O2, CO, and H2S versions can be operated continuously for at least 3,000 hours on (2) AAA size alkaline batteries. The GP-03 operates for 35 hours on alkaline and 30 hours on rechargeable Ni-MH. Tough and reliable

The Xgard series of fixed point gas detectors is incredibly durable and reliable. The replacement parts are also readily available and compatible with all Xgard models, thereby reducing the amount of required spare parts that are stored in the facility. Additionally, the sensors have two times the typical life spans of similar sensors in the industry. With a 2 year life span, worksites can expect to cut their sensor replacement costs in half. The Crude Oil Tanker model is a combination type portable HC, O2, and H2s gas detector with an Infrared (NDIR) type sensor, galvanic cell type sensor and Electro-chemical cell type sensor. These sensors provide accurate detection of HC, O2 and H2S levels even in N2 and other inert environments. The measuring ranges of model RX-516 are 0-100%LEL / 0-10%vol for HC, 0-25% vol for O2 and 0-100.0ppm for H2S respectively. A higher range for H2S (0-1,000ppm) is available in model RX-517. A manual switch is used to change the flow to a unique path for high H2S applications to protect the other sensors. The RX-516 / RX-517 has an explosion proof and Intrinsically Safe design so that it can be used safely in any envrionment.
