72-RA-D-50 GX-3R Confined Space Monitor, LEL/Oxy/H2S/CO, with alligator clip/12 VDC charger and small carrying case by RKI Instruments

OSHA defines the breathing zone as a ten inch radius around the worker's nose and mouth, and requires that worker exposure monitoring air samples be collected in the breathing zone. Air sampling filters may be attached to the collar or lapel. Traditionally this means only a single gas monitor would be small enough for a worker to practically wear a gas monitor 'In the breathing zone'. Now there is a 4 gas monitor smaller than many single gas monitors.

The GX-3R is the worlds smallest 4 gas monitor weighing only 3.52 ounces and can comfortably be clipped within a worker's breathing zone (2.2" W x 2.55" H x 1.02" D). It simultaneously monitors and displays LEL combustibles, O₂, CO (Hydrogen compensated CO also available), and H₂S.

The GX-3R represents the latest evolution of gas detection technology utilizing a new generation of micro sensors. The LEL sensor has a unique design with two active filaments in one sensor to increase it's resistance to silicone poisoning. If one filament gets poisoned the second filament takes over. The new O₂ sensor is electrochemical with a 3 to 5 year life span. H₂S and CO are now available in a combo micro sensor.

Safety supervisors will appreciate the non-compliance indicator. The instrument flashes it's 3 LED lights every 30 seconds in the following conditions; if the instrument has not been bump tested, or if calibration is due, or if there was a gas alarm event. The 3 LED lights will continue to flash once every 30 seconds until the non-compliance condition has been resolved. The 30 second interval is adjustable.

TDS30000/G Conductivity Solution, 30,000ppm/30,100uS,1Gal by Sensorex

TDS/Conductivity instruments and sensors must be calibrated together. For a single-point calibration, select the one solution that approximates the expected conductivity or ppm level of total salts. Mixed Salt standards are the most frequently used in the field to sample naturally occurring water sources, boiler feed water, or cooling tower water. Typical river water, well water, or lake water sample will contain a mixture of several different salts. Sensorex Mixed Salt standards simulate a "Natural" mixture of common salt compounds found in these sources. Sodium sulfate, sodium bicarbonate, and sodium chloride salts are blended to provide a representative value. There are certain applications where Single Salt Solutions are preferred. NaCl Solution is routinely used to calibrate instruments measuring Sea Water or brackish water samples. Reagent grade salt and high resistivity DI water is compounded for accurate results. KCI Single Salt Solution may be used with conductivity meters that read directly in Siemens or Ohms. KCI (potassium chloride) is established as an international calibration standard for conductivity measurement. Choose the conductivity calibration solution that is right for your application. 3300-47-003 CC 33 Fixed Transmitter with Natural Gas (HC mixture), Aluminum Housing, 0-100% LEL (MK 208-3), RS 485 No Relay by GfG

It has always been our aspiration to combine innovative ideas and technology with functional design. This is how quality and longevity come about. Attributes symbolic of the name GfG in gas measurement.

Are you looking for an innovative transmitter for flammable gases, but need explosion protection? Then a transmitter from the GfG 33 series is the right choice.

Robust housing for every application

The transmitters of the 33 series are flameproof encapsulated and fulfill the requirements of the type of protection "d". Depending on the application, you can choose the 33 transmitter with an epoxy-based aluminum or a pure stainless steel housing. In order to meet the quality requirements of our customers and our own standards in terms of durability, we use a particularly high-quality and durable Viton seal in the 33 series. This can withstand even the toughest operating conditions for many years.

Variants

GfG offers the CC 33 in two variants:

For conventional industrial The CC 33 is available in a lacquered die-cast aluminum housing with 10mm thick bulletproof glass. Applications with special conditions such as e.g. in the Food industry can be covered by a unpainted housing made of stainless steel with a 15mm thick bulletproof glass.

Operation by means of magnetic pin

The three magnetic switches behind the protective glass, which is up to 15mm thick, can be operated using the GfG magnetic pin. The GfG typical three-button operation is easy to understand. The menu is clearly structured and logically structured.

All transmitters of the 22, 29 and 33 series have a uniform user interface. The uniform operation and the logical system structure keep your training and maintenance effort as low as possible.

Proven and innovative is not a contradiction

The CC 33 works on the principle of catalytic heat generation (WT), a proven method for measuring combustible gases. The transmitters are equipped with high-performance electronics for voltage stabilization, processing of measured value output and temperature compensation. The long life of the sensors minimizes follow-up costs.

Sensor technology

With improved sensor technology and the unique GfG "chimney effect", the CC 33 transmitter for combustible gases has one of the fastest response times in the world. There are more crucial seconds left to initiate countermeasures and to bring people to safety.

Universal signal transmission

The measured values and status displays of the 33 series can be transmitted either analog or digital via the Modbus interface. Due to the different variants of signal transmission, a transmitter of the 33 series can be connected to almost any gas warning system as an additional measuring point or in exchange for existing transducers.

Signal processing

The embedded software of the 33 transmitter linearises the measurement signal and compensates for temperature influences. As a result, correct measured values are transmitted even in the event of weather-related temperature fluctuations. The execution of the software enables the detection of faults and, in the Modbus variant, the requirement of required service or maintenance work.

Smart sensors

Pre-calibrated sensor modules can be screwed directly into the sensor receptacle on the housing of the CC 33. The smart GfG sensors are pre-programmed with all the necessary parameters and can be used without much effort ("plug and play"). Sensor changes are shown in the display. (catalytic and electrochemical sensors)

Three freely programmable internal relays

The 33er transmitters can be used as a "stand-alone system". You can set the two alarm thresholds individually and freely program the optional three relays. You do not need a cable to a controller and you can nevertheless reliably switch safety-related devices.

With colored graphic display

The clearly laid-out graphic display makes it easy to read the device status, the current measured value and many other important information. In the event of an alarm, the display turns red. The large LEDs signal from a distance the current device status and thus serve the rapid information of your employees about any alarms or malfunctions.

Using the display, you can easily navigate through the clear device menu and make various settings, including calibration, depending on your user authorization.

Calibration

For regular function control with gas application, a calibration adapter is placed on the transmitter to ensure a safe and even gas supply.

8900 0401 Sensor LD basic ultrasound detector set by Testo

Pressurized gases escaping from leaks in pipe systems (e.g. due to leaky screw connections, corrosion, etc.) cause noises in the ultrasonic range. With the testo Sensor LD basic, even the smallest leaks, which are not audible to the human ear, and due to their size are not visible, can already be localized from several metres away. The testo Sensor LD basic converts the inaudible ultrasound into audible frequencies. These sounds can be perceived even in noisy environments with the sound-proof headphones that are comfortable to wear.

The leak can be more accurately localized thanks to the integrated laser pointer which acts as a sighter. The testo Sensor LD basic leak detector is the further development of the proven predecessor model testo Sensor LD and convinces with a once again significantly refined sensor technology and improved support in detecting leaks.

• Improved localization of leaks thanks to sound funnel
• Robustness and a low weight ensure non-tiring use in industrial environments
• Continuous operation for 10 hrs
• Easy operation via touchscreen
• Modern high-capacity Lithium ion rechargeable battery, external charger
• Adjustable sensitivity
