2811-709-006 EC 28 Gas Transmitter with Chlorine (Cl2), 0 - 50.0 ppm, No Display / Modbus by GfG

Advanced Technology

Wherever hazards are expected, the EC 28 transmitter and GfG's proven monitoring systems are the right choice for reliable surveillance. The ATEX-certified design, an integrated, Ex-proof buzzer, and bright alarm LEDs provide the highest safety in hazardous areas by including visual and audible alarms. The gas alarm not only alerts the person in the control room of hazards, but also the person on-site.

Easy handling

Smart sensor technology allows a user to install the transmitter or to replace a sensor within a few seconds just plug the sensor into the transmitter. Adjustments are done directly at the transmitter using touch keys or with the remote control (one-person calibration).

Remote Control RC2

Ammonia and hydrogen are lighter than air. With the transmitter installed close to the ceiling, GfG can provide permanently connected cables with plugs for the remote control, which allow the user to do all adjustments without having to climb a ladder. In addition, one remote control can be used for several transmitters, which helps cut costs and increase efficiency.

The remote control display is always identical to that of the transmitter, making inspection, service, and calibration considerably simple.

The remote control reads the current gas concentration and can be used as an external display.

Integrated Alarm Saves Money on Ex-proof Alarm and Wiring!

The EC 28 D model shows the current gas concentration on-site at the display of the transmitter and also at GfG s GMA controller.

The EC 28 DAprovides additional bright alarm LEDs and a buzzer avoiding costs for a separate Ex-proof horn and an Ex-proof light. You also save money on wiring to connect the controller and alarm devices.

In combination with GfG's flexible control units, the EC 28 provides various possibilities for reliable and cost-effective gas monitoring.

Reliable Measurement, Increased Safety, Minimized Cost of Operation

Accurate sensors and integrated temperature compensation provide the highest measurement accuracy. Low maintenance requirements and the long sensor life reduce your cost of ownership.

3622-202 D-ReX PoS Gas Detector with 5 relays, Carbon dioxide (CO2) MK206-10, 0 - 10% vol. by GfG

Not all gases can be monitored directly at the measuring point. This may be because the maintenance of a remote sensor would be too complicated or because the target gas has to be broken down into detectable components first. This can be done using a pyrolyzer.

In these cases, the D-ReX PoS with its integrated pump is an ideal solution. The point of sampling (PoS) can be up to 100 feet / 30 meters away from the D-ReX. This also applies to the length of the recirculation hose.

Available Accessory:

• DIN rail
• PTFE hose
• Various particle filters
• Push-Pull plug-in adapter
• Angle braces

Features:

• 5x internal relays (form C, configurable)
• Smart sensors for more than 60 gases
• Hot-swappable smart sensor cartridge
• Tool-free maintenance
• Power-over-Ethernet (PoE) communication
• Web server for browser access
• Password-protected menu

SD7420CD Differential pH Probe (Direct 4-20mA Output) by Sensorex

Differential sensors have longer working lifetimes

The differential design employs two glass electrodes, which record pH or ORP measurements differentially with respect to a third metal electrode. The reference cell of a differential sensor is actually a measuring electrode in a concentrated pH 7.0 buffer solution rather than a traditional silver/silver chloride reference. This type of reference cell resists contamination by the sample, improving measurement accuracy and extending sensor lifetime.

Save time and money with quick and easy maintenance

With differential technology, you won't have to replace the entire sensor after just a few months. Simply replace the salt bridge and refill the reference solution to keep your electrode working longer.

Don't want to purchase a transmitter or controller?

You don't have to. With a direct 4-20mA output, these differential sensors can be hooked up to a PLC or SCADA system with no transmitter or controller required.

Reliable performance in variable operating conditions

The differential design provides unsurpassed accuracy by virtually eliminating ground loops. Automatic temperature compensation ensures measurement accuracy in environments with rapid temperature changes. Durable Ryton® PPS body construction for extensive chemical compatibility.

Features:

• Employs differential measurement technique
• Complete encapsulation protects internal electronics
• Buffered reference cell solution resists contamination
• Superior accuracy through elimination of ground loops
• No transmitter required: direct 4-20mA output signalTwo year limited warranty

The MGS-408 can provide power for up to 8 gas detectors, which can be daisy-chained along with Modbus communication to each gas detector; simplifying and reducing the cost of installation. Integration is possible with Bacharach's MGS-400 Series, MGS-250 and MGS-550 Gas Detector platforms; allowing for a gas detection system design which can utilize the benefits of multiple gas detector types as required in different locations (machinery rooms, cold storage rooms, walk-in freezers and food preparation areas).

Combining the MGS-408 with Bacharach's range of gas detectors provides a single system with an easy means of achieving compliance with refrigeration safety standards such as EN 378 and ASHRAE 15.
