The MX6 iBrid® is more than an intelligent hybrid of Industrial Scientific's best monitoring technologies—it's the most adaptable six-gas monitor on the market. The gas detector is encased in a durable solid polycarbonate case with a rubber over mold for easy handling. It has an interchangeable battery pack with both Alkaline and Li-Ion rechargeable batteries. Both battery types offer up to 24 hour run times. The unit features dual audible alarms at 92 decibels and front and side ultra-bright LED visual alarms to ensure that the user and those nearby are always notified of possible hazardous conditions. For easy interpretation, the detector has an easy to read status bar and large LCD display that notifies users of the device s functionality and calibration due date. Using the menu options, users can easily adjust a variety of the instrument s settings.

Automatic Docking Station

When developing the PhD6 Multigas Detector, product developers also created an automatic docking station (Biosystems IQ6 Express Dock) to be fully compatible with the detector. The docking station aims to reduce labor time and costs by fully automating certain aspects of instrument maintenance including calibration, functionality testing, and record keeping. Using the Express Dock, users can maintain compliance with recordkeeping requirements by simply docking the detector in the station. The Microtector III G999 combines the demands of a modern multi-gas measurement device for protecting workers with the ability to safely measure confined spaces. As a robust and sophisticated multi-gas detector, it is versatile in its application and flexible in sensor combinations.

Safety through quality and functionality

To fit every environment, there are three versions available. All versions include three electrochemical and one infrared sensor. Depending on the version, the G999 features a catalytic combustion (CC) sensor, a combined CC/semiconductor sensor, a PID sensor or a fourth electrochemical sensor. This allows a variety of gas combinations or measuring ranges to be defined and simultaneously monitored.

The well thought-out design of the housing and the menu navigation, allows for easy operation in difficult situations. Designed for difficult working conditions

The Microtector III G999 is certified for use in Ex Zone 0 and is water and dust-proof according to protection class IP 67 and is suitable for challenging applications. The rubberized polycarbonate housing provides excellent protection against jolts and impacts, while the practical design and robust crocodile clip ensure optimum wearing comfort.

Unlike other devices, the G999 features a double battery capacity of up to 130 hours of operation and provides power supply to the pump.

Remote Monitoring to Protect Employees

If devices with radio modules are used, teams can be monitored centrally via the portable GfG-Link or using a computer and USB dongle. Information regarding the measured gas concentrations, alarms and the status of the man-down alarm will then be available in real time.

The G222E is the first device in GfG s Micro 5 series. At present, it is the smallest and at the same time one of the lightest one- to two-gas detectors with two electrochemical gas sensors (EC) in the world.

Equipped with high-quality, precise and durable sensors, the system is individually tailored to your requirements. Currently, sensors are available for 20 different gases and a wide array of measuring ranges. A simple, two-button menu and a large, easy-to-read display provide easy menu navigation and reliable information even under difficult conditions.

Suitable for long periods of use

Depending on sensor equipment and configuration, the G222E has an average operating time of up to 9 months at 10 hours per working day or 90 days in 24/7 operation. The battery of the G222E can be changed in seconds if necessary and the gas detector is ready for use again.

Data logger

The internal data logger stores the last 2600 events. These include measured values, alarms, TWA and STEL values, and time as well as temperature information.

Calibration Cap & Smart Cap

Calibration and adjustment of the G222E are quite simple. All you need is the Calibration Cap for manual zero and test gas application.

If you want to read out the content of the data logger, you will need the Smart Cap, a USB connection cable and the Config Software for the G222 series instead.
