2801-12-001 CC 28 Fixed Gas Transmitter with Gas Optimized Catalytic Sensor 0-100% LEL (MK 208-1), Isopropanol (C3H8O), No Display by GfG

Superior technology

In areas where combustible gas or vapor hazards may exist, GfG s new CC 28 combustible transmitter is the perfect choice for reliable area monitoring. With its proven design, this ATEX certified transmitter offers an integrated explosion-proof buzzer and bright-alarm LEDs for reliable warning of combustible gas hazards (even in hazardous locations). This superior design provides warnings for immediate personnel, and ensures entire plant safety.

Easy handling

Smart sensor technology allows easy installation. Sensor replacement takes only a few seconds-simply plug in the sensor. User adjustments are performed at the transmitter with simple touch keys, or with the optional remote control interface (one person calibration).

RC2 remote control

Several combustible gases are lighter than air. With the transmitter mounted close to the ceiling, calibration can be difficult. The remote control for the CC 28 allows you to perform calibration or zero adjustments without the need of a ladder or lift. A flexible cable connects the remote control to the transmitter and displays the same reading as the display on the transmitter. With the remote control inspection, service and calibration can be performed easily by one person.

The sensor and the integrated temperature compensation provide highest measurement accuracy.

Low maintenance requirements and long sensor life reduce your cost of ownership. Just sign a service contract and don t worry about any problems. We will service your system at regular intervals.

Models

Model CC 28D allows you to read the gas concentration both at the transmitter and at the GMA controller. With the RC2 remote control - the CC 28 is easy to use and to operate even if it is mounted at the ceiling.

0632 1551 CO2 Probe with Bluetooth, includes Temperature and Humidity Sensor by Testo

Use the probe with the compatible testo multifunction measuring instrument (please order separately) to determine CO₂ concentration, air humidity and air temperature. Wet bulb temperature, dew point and absolute humidity are calculated at the same time.

CO₂ probe with Bluetooth including temperature and humidity sensor - features

Use the probe to check the indoor climate, for example in offices, production areas or storage facilities. To ensure accurate measurement results, air density compensation is carried out via the integrated absolute pressure measurement.

The readings of the CO₂ probe are transmitted to your measuring instrument via Bluetooth, up to a distance of 20 m.

Particularly useful: store individual readings directly in the measuring instrument by pressing the button on the probe. The clearly structured measurement menu for long-term measurement enables the measuring instrument to be operated intuitively. Reading trends are reliably recorded thanks to the convenient input of measurement time and measuring cycle. You can use these trends to evaluate changes in the indoor air quality.

Wireless and space-saving: more applications, less equipment

Endlessly versatile: a universal handle can be connected to all probe heads - so you can master more applications using less equipment and save space. The Bluetooth handle makes it more convenient to carry out your measurement and guarantees less cable clutter in the case.

Or order the cable handle to connect testo probe heads. This is an advantage if Bluetooth signals are not permitted. If the sensors (CO₂, humidity, temperature) need to be replaced in the distant future, you can change the probe head.

Intelligent calibration concept

You will get exceptionally accurate measurement results with the digital probe, because the measuring instrument makes measurement uncertainty a thing of the past. You only need to send the probe head in for calibration - so the measuring instrument remains in continuous use.

Areas of application for the CO₂ probe with Bluetooth

Use the CO₂ probe including temperature and humidity sensor to check the indoor climate (indoor air quality), e.g. in offices, production areas or storage facilities.

The CO₂ concentration is a primary indicator of indoor air quality. Poor air quality due to excessive CO₂ concentration results in tiredness and lack of concentration, and can even cause illnesses. The CO₂ concentration should therefore not normally exceed 1,000 ppm.

• Intuitive: clearly structured measurement menu for long-term measurement and parallel determination of CO₂ concentration, humidity and air temperature in indoor areas
• Precise: calculation of wet bulb temperature, dew point and absolute humidity
• Convenient: Bluetooth connection between measuring instrument and probe, a universal handle can easily be combined with other probe heads
• Intelligent calibration concept

Includes:

CO₂ probe with Bluetooth including temperature and humidity sensor (consisting of CO₂ probe head and Bluetooth handle); 4 x AA batteries, table stand and calibration protocol.

SS4-AS2-CSS-E Multi-Spectrum Electro-Optical Digital Fire & Flame Detector, Stainless Steel UV/IR, optimised for Non-Hydrocarbons and Silane, Ethanol, Methanol, Hydrogen & Natural Gas Fires, Non Latching Alarm LED, FM, cFM, IECEx for Zone 1 (2) M25 by Honeywell Analytics

The Fire Sentry SS4 Electro-Optical Digital Fire and Flame Detectors represent leading edge UV and UV/IR technology.

Fire Sentry SS4-A

The Fire Sentry SS4-A represents the world's pre-eminent UV/IR technology for ElectroOptical Flame Detectors with tens of thousands successfully operating in a multitude of installations worldwide. This multi-spectrum detector senses radiant energy in the ultraviolet (UV), visible and wide band Infrared™ (IR) spectrum. The radiant energy from all types of flaming fires will alert the detector to their presence.

To eliminate common nuisance false alarms that occasionally occur with UV-only, IR-only, Dual IR or Dual Mode UV/IR detectors, the Fire Sentry SS4 detectors' FireLogic signal processing requires that UV, visible and wide band IR radiant energy all be evaluated before declaring a fire. The smart detector utilises real-time signal processing algorithms that are optimised to alarm on all types of fires, while virtually eliminating the possibility of false alarms.

Fire Sentry SS4-AS

The Fire Sentry SS4-AS processes UV, IR and Visible (VIS) spectral ranges from ruggedised solar-blind UV, "Quantum-Effect" IR and VIS sensors correspondingly. It is optimised for detection of hydrogen, ethanol, methanol and methane (natural gas) fires and like the other detectors in its family, it responds to Type A, B and C flaming fires.

Fire Sentry SS4-AUV

The Fire Sentry SS4-AUV represents the leading edge technology UV optical flame detectors. This flame detector senses radiant energy in the ultraviolet (UV) spectrum. The radiant emissions of flaming fires will alert the detector to their presence. The SS4-AUV is for indoor applications where UV sources such as welding are not present.

Operation

The Fire Sentry SS4 detectors operate from standard 24 Volt DC power and interface to approved fire alarm panels or standard PLC's. On power up, a self-test is performed and the fault relay resets to show no faults. The front LED lights flash every ten seconds to indicate power is on.

The continuous spectral data stream of information from the sensor array is analysed by the microprocessor. Upon alarm, the detector activates the alarm relay and stores all the pre-fire spectral data in non-volatile memory for retrieval and evaluation. This Fire Pic™ data can be used to postulate the cause of the fire. As part of the FS2000™ System, the SS4 family of detectors communicate with CM1-A Controller via a four wire bi-directional RS-485 FireBus™.

The field of view for the Fire Sentry SS4 detectors is the widest in the industry with a 120° cone of vision. This means more hazard area can be covered by each detector. Greater sensitivity also increases the volume covered by each detector; up to four times more than some other detectors.

Using sophisticated microprocessor signal processing algorithms, false alarm rejection is maximised - with virtual immunity to false alarms from arc welding, corona discharge and other common non-fire sources.
