08139-02 TI.30 4 Back-Con Bimetal Thermometer, Dial 3", 4" L/25-125F/-5-50C by Digi-Sense

Accuracy is ±1% full-scale when stem is immersed 2" in liquids or 4" in gases (immerse models with a 2.5" stem length 2" in gases). Measured stem length from the top of the threads to the bottom tip of the stem. Stem dia is 0.25"; threaded connection is 1/2" NPT(M). All thermometers meet or exceed ASME B40.3 standards. Maximum environmental temperature for glass lens thermometers is 500°F (148°C).

93800-04 Type J Industrial Direct Insert Ungrounded Thermocouple Probe 4" L by Digi-Sense

Thermocouple Probes are ideal for use in industrial applications, chemical processes, production lines, ovens, furnaces, and vessels. The probes conductor is made of 18 gauge wire and is encased with Magnesium Oxide insulation, and has a 316 stainless steel sheath. Featuring a standard size aluminum protection head with a gasketed cap to seal out dust and moisture and houses a ceramic terminal block. Head has a 3/4" NPT(F) opening on the side for easy connection to electrical conduit.

Spring loaded probes: designed to bottom out when inserted in to a thermowell to produce an accurate reading. (Not designed for direct insertion in to medium)

Non-spring loaded probes: designed to be directly inserted into the medium being measured without the use of a thermowell.

18525-07 Type K Spring Loaded Ind Thermocouple Probe Probe 4" L, 12" Ext .250 Dia, Ung Jct by Digi-Sense

These probes cannot be inserted directly into a medium. Spring loaded industrials are not sealed where the threads meet the probe. They must be inserted into a thermowell or other sealed vessel.

The temperature range is for the probe tip only. The handle material may be affected if the probe is rated higher than the handle depending on exposure time, application, and handle material. ABS handles are rated to 220°F (104°C); PVC handles are rated to 200°F (93°C); Stainless Steel handles are rated at 450°F (232°C); Mini Connectors are rated to 392°F (200°C)

• The probes can be installed with current housing without having to purchase a whole new industrial assembly
• Response Time: 3.75 seconds or greater
• Each probe comes with ½" NPT insertion threads
• Probes are spring loaded which allows the probe to be bottomed out into a thermowell
• Probes are welded and sealed which allows for direct insertion into a vessel
• Custom designs or changes to this product are available upon request
• Each probe comes with a color coded ANSI stripped leads: type J-red/white, type K-red/yellow, type T-red/blue
