BW Technologies Particulate Pump Filter Replacement (Kit of 50)

BW Technologies creates a variety of replacement filters for their series of portable gas detection instruments. The Particulate Pump Filter Replacement Kit is complete with 50 particulate pump filters that fit easily into BW Technologies devices. Each circular filter acts to extend the life of the instrument by effectively preventing debris, dust, and moisture from entering the device through the pump. Regular maintenance of the pump and the instrument is required and having spare replacement filters is critical to the unit's long life operations.

Preset Flow Regulator

The 500 Series regulators are single-stage, piston-style, regulators designed to deliver a preset flow of non-reactive and low-level reactive (less than 100 PPM)* gas mixtures from 58 liter and 103 liter non-refillable cylinders having a 5/8 -18 UNF (C-10) inlet connection.

*Low-level reactive gases slowly react with the wetted brass parts of the 500 Series regulators. In order to minimize loss of calibration accuracy, the regulator must be removed from the cylinder after each use. Norlab s 6000 Series regulator is recommended for extended use with reactive calibration gas mixtures.

Maximum error for probe assembly is ±1.1°C + 0.12% of reading below 300°F, ±0.35% of reading above 300°F. Alpha coefficient is 0.003850 Ω/Ω/°C (DIN IEC 751). Resistance at ice point (0°C) is 100 Ω.

Note: Time constant is the time required to reach 63.2% of the new reading. To determine how long it will take to reach 99% of the new reading multiply the time constant by five.

Note: The temperature range is for the probe tip only. The handle material may be affected if the probe is rated higher than the handle depending on exposure time, application, and handle material. ABS handles are rated to 220°F (104°C); PVC handles are rated to 200°F (93°C); Stainless Steel handles are rated at 450°F (232°C); Mini Connectors are rated to 392°F (200°C).
