RKI s Model OX-500 is an indoor monitor that detects Oxygen (O2) levels with a range 0-25.0 % Volume (0.1 % Vol. digit). It s a sleek low profile design which lends itself to laboratory or commercial applications. The OX-500 comes ready to operate with a simple wall mount bracket and 10 foot power cord. If Oxygen level drops, the user is notified by an audible alarm tone and multicolored LED display.

The OX-500 uses a fast responding low-cost plug-in style galvanic cell sensor. This long life sensor is field-replaceable with no special tools required. An optional remote sensor is available in lengths of 3m, 5m, 10m, and 20m.

The GD-K8A is a diffusion style toxic gas detection transmitter ideally suited to meet your toxic gas detection needs. You can choose from a wide variety of toxic sensors to install in this model. SD-705RID Smart Transmitter With Alarm Relay/Infrared Gas Detector for %LEL Isobutane by RKI Instruments

This is a flame proof gas detectorfor LEL level detection of methane and many other hydrocarbons. This detector uses the non-dispersive infrared absorption (NDIR) detection method, which is free from interferences from H2, most non hydrocarbon refrigerants, and most other gases or vapors. The sensor also is not poisoned or influenced by silicon vapors, or corrosive vapors, which typically can destroy sensors from other detection methods.

The SD-705 is compact and easy to install and operate. The adjustment control is a magnetic wand that is easy to use by placing it onto the glass window of the gas detector. Gas concentration is read through window, and adjustable dual alarm contacts are provided for activation of external buzzer or alarm light. Powered by 24 VDC, the unit has a 4-20mA output for communication to outside controllers, for additional external readouts or alarming devices.

RKI "S" Series Explosion Proof Gas Sensor and Transmitter Features

This series features an explosion proof housing, patented water repellant sensor coating, long life sensors (2+ years of typical life), and an intrinsically safe rating. To protect the circuitry, the electronics are enclosed inside a potted package. This helps to reduce wear and tear due to corrosion and abuse. The amplifier is situated inside an aluminum explosion proof enclosure. Additionally, all sensors are explosion proof with flame arrestors. The flame arrestors use a patented water repellant coating.
