Simple gas detection

The EC 23 is the simplest way to monitor ambient conditions. Simply attach the EC 23 to a GfG controller or a PLC to continuously and efficiently monitor the concentration of hazardous toxic contaminants in air. The EC 23 is also reverse-wire protected to prevent damage due to incorrect wiring of the device. The power connector has a "quick disconnect" feature to simplify transmitter installation and service.

Sensors and Batteries

The unit is available with 3 sensors. Each sensor is user replaceable. The detector has a one button auto calibration with a calibration due reminder. The sensors are also capable of providing calibration for predictive maintenance. The confined space gas detector uses either interchangeable alkaline or rechargeable (Li-Ion) batteries. It also uses a drop-in charger while fully recharging in less than 6 hours.

The G460 Multi-Gas Detector is a compact and robust system with the capabilities of detecting up to six different gases and simultaneously displaying the readings. The portable detector features a user friendly and intuitive interface to simplify the day to day operations.

Ease of Use

For typical daily operations, the G460 Multi-Gas Detector operates with a single button. The complete user interface can provide access to advanced setup options with three buttons. The unit also features easy calibration operation. Simply attach the calibration adapter and apply gas. The G460 will automatically perform the appropriate adjustments. The detector will then store the dates of the three most recent calibrations for each sensor.

The G460 also features a large easy to read tricolor display which uses a color code to indicate the alarm severity. The G450 Multi-gas Detector continually measures up to four separate atmospheric gases. In confined spaces, the detector will monitor LEL combustible gas, oxygen, H2S, and CO.
