1324-0804 IR-148 Infrared Gas Monitor, Eight Point, CH2F2 (0-1000 ppm) by Honeywell Analytics

The Model IR-148 is an infrared gas monitor that detects toxic and combustible gases as well as solvents. It uses infrared sensing technology, allowing accurate measurement of target gas vapors with minimum interference from other vapors. The Model IR-148 is supplied as a wall mount unit configured for 1, 4 or 8 sampling points measuring down to 1 part per million (ppm). It has two available analog outputs, each which is software selectable between 10% and 100% of full scale: 4-20mA, isolated, current sourcing, and 0-10 VDC. Multiple gas calibrations are available.

These two indicators allow for visual recognition in loud environments and working conditions. The alarm system also features a programmable audible alarm at 95 decibels. The unit is capable of a variety of alarm tones, and users can select which tone may be best for the individual workplace setting. The Touchpoint Pro Input/Output plug-in modules can be combined up to a maximum of 16 input modules (64 channels) and 32 output modules (128 channels). Modules can be located in any Touchpoint Pro enclosure and power distribution is via the communication/power Rail. Touchpoint Pro accepts analogue, digital and relay modules making it one of the most flexible controllers available.

The GD-70D Series Intelligent Gas Detector is a new smart gas detection transmitter that monitors combustibles, oxygen, and a wide range of toxic gases. The plug and play intelligent sensors make for easy setup and calibration by internally retaining calibration and sensor data. For little maintenance and optimal reliability, the internal technology automatically adjusts for long-term zero and span drift. The pump flow is also self-tuning for low maintenance functioning. These probes cannot be inserted directly into a medium. Spring loaded industrials are not sealed where the threads meet the probe. They must be inserted into a thermowell or other sealed vessel.

The temperature range is for the probe tip only. The handle material may be affected if the probe is rated higher than the handle depending on exposure time, application, and handle material. ABS handles are rated to 220°F (104°C); PVC handles are rated to 200°F (93°C); Stainless Steel handles are rated at 450°F (232°C); Mini Connectors are rated to 392°F (200°C)
