Fixed gas detection systems, consisting of one or more central controllers and transmitters, are used in applications requiring continuous monitoring of toxic gases, combustible gases and vapors or oxygen. In situations which make standard solutions hit their limits because of the number of monitored measuring points or zones, the GMA400 controller provides new options for creating complex gas detection systems.

Up to 16 analog or 128 digital GfG transmitters can be connected to one GMA400 controller. An additional 32 virtual transmitters monitor calculated parameters, such as mean values, minimum / maximum values and environmental influences. The compact DINrail-mounted controller (T35) is installed in control cabinets or wallmounted housings.

Digital Communication on Analog Lines

ACDC is a patented technology which allows transmitters to communicate information that goes beyond the plain measured value to the central evaluation unit, using 3-wire 4-20mA line that were already in place. It also receives digital signals from the controller in return. This solution is a significant benefit to your system, as it allows you to use existing analog loops for high-speed transmission of digital data.

Using the analog cabling you already had will allow you to significantly reduce the costs of updating your system – while controllers and ACDC-capable transmitters will still be able to communicate like in a digital system.

The G222E is the first device in GfG s Micro 5 series. At present, it is the smallest and at the same time one of the lightest one- to two-gas detectors with two electrochemical gas sensors (EC) in the world.

If you want to read out the content of the data logger, you will need the Smart Cap, a USB connection cable and the Config Software for the G222 series instead.

TDS/Conductivity instruments and sensors must be calibrated together. For a single-point calibration, select the one solution that approximates the expected conductivity or ppm level of total salts. Mixed Salt standards are the most frequently used in the field to sample naturally occurring water sources, boiler feed water, or cooling tower water. Typical river water, well water, or lake water sample will contain a mixture of several different salts. Sensorex Mixed Salt standards simulate a "Natural" mixture of common salt compounds found in these sources. These fast and accurate electrodes do not require an external reference - they're easier to use than separate sensing and reference half-cell electrodes. All Cole-Parmer electrodes are double-junction combination ion-selective electrodes and are convenient to use in places where two electrodes won't fit. All electrodes include a 30-mL bottle of reference solution, a reference filling pipette, 1-m cable, BNC connector, and an instruction manual.
