Easy to Use

The Gasman s true one button technology is an ideal and simple design. The large glove friendly button is mounted on the front of the unit for easy access and controls all of the unit s programmable features. Also on the front, the Gasman s easy to read backlit LCD screen indicates gas readings and the battery status. The simple screen provides a clear indication of the unit s operation status. It will also alert the user 30 days in advance of when a calibration test is due. Triple Alarm System

This portable single gas detection system features a triple alarm system that is sure to alert the user and anyone in the vicinity. The visible alarm utilizes a dual red and blue flashing LED light, and the unit houses an internal vibrating alert system. These two indicators allow for visual recognition in loud environments and working conditions. The alarm system also features a programmable audible alarm at 95 decibels. The unit is capable of a variety of alarm tones, and users can select which tone may be best for the individual workplace setting. The triple alarm system with multiple sensory indicators is sure to be noticed in almost any work environment.

Specifications

The Gasman single gas monitor is lightweight and compact, weighing less than 135 grams and with dimensions of 90 x 48 x 24 mm. The unit is available with a wide variety of gas sensors which feature various detection and alarm levels. The unit also features a quick response time of 20 seconds for flammable and toxic gases or 10 seconds for oxygen. Its datalogging feature has approximately 900 hours of storage and all events are time stamped. Fixed gas detection systems, consisting of one or more central controllers and transmitters, are used in applications requiring continuous monitoring of toxic gases, combustible gases and vapors or oxygen. In situations which make standard solutions hit their limits because of the number of monitored measuring points or zones, the GMA400 controller provides new options for creating complex gas detection systems.

Up to 16 analog or 128 digital GfG transmitters can be connected to one GMA400 controller. An additional 32 virtual transmitters monitor calculated parameters, such as mean values, minimum / maximum values and environmental influences. The compact DINrail-mounted controller (T35) is installed in control cabinets or wallmounted housings.

Digital Communication on Analog Lines

ACDC is a patented technology which allows transmitters to communicate information that goes beyond the plain measured value to the central evaluation unit, using 3-wire 4-20mA line that were already in place. It also receives digital signals from the controller in return. This solution is a significant benefit to your system, as it allows you to use existing analog loops for high-speed transmission of digital data.

Using the analog cabling you already had will allow you to significantly reduce the costs of updating your system – while controllers and ACDC-capable transmitters will still be able to communicate like in a digital system.

AM1612 and AM1643 Series - Full-immersion PRT/RTD probes: Designed to perform in extreme environments where both the transition junction and the lead wires are required to withstand temperatures covering the entire operating range of the probe. Applications include calibration or validation of sensors used in laboratory or biology freezers, walk-in refrigerators, autoclaves, ovens, stability test chambers, furnaces, and incubators. These probes feature short term stability of 20 mK at TPW and long term drift of 40 mK at Triple Point of Water (TPW). The AM1643 has a range of 0 to 420°C (32 to 788°F).

PBX 1" Sensor Probe Manifolds by Agrowtek

PBX sensor manifolds integrate water-tight gland fittings into a 1" PVC manifold for sensing pH, conductivy, ORP and water temperature inline with a recirculating pump. Compression glands have a rubber insert that clamps around the probes when tightened. Manifolds make it easy to install and remove probes for calibration and maintenance.

Available in 2, 3 or 4 port configurations. Max: 60psi, 30gpm.
