For conventional industrial The CC 33 is available in a lacquered die-cast aluminum housing with 10mm thick bulletproof glass. Applications with special conditions such as e.g. in the Food industry can be covered by a unpainted housing made of stainless steel with a 15mm thick bulletproof glass.

Operation by means of magnetic pin

The three magnetic switches behind the protective glass, which is up to 15mm thick, can be operated using the GfG magnetic pin. The GfG typical three-button operation is easy to understand. The menu is clearly structured and logically structured.

All transmitters of the 22, 29 and 33 series have a uniform user interface. The uniform operation and the logical system structure keep your training and maintenance effort as low as possible.

The clearly laid-out graphic display makes it easy to read the device status, the current measured value and many other important information. In the event of an alarm, the display turns red. Fixed gas detection systems, consisting of one or more central controllers and transmitters, are used in applications requiring continuous monitoring of toxic gases, combustible gases and vapors or oxygen. In situations which make standard solutions hit their limits because of the number of monitored measuring points or zones, the GMA400 controller provides new options for creating complex gas detection systems.

Up to 16 analog or 128 digital GfG transmitters can be connected to one GMA400 controller. An additional 32 virtual transmitters monitor calculated parameters, such as mean values, minimum / maximum values and environmental influences. The compact DINrail-mounted controller (T35) is installed in control cabinets or wallmounted housings.

Digital Communication on Analog Lines

ACDC is a patented technology which allows transmitters to communicate information that goes beyond the plain measured value to the central evaluation unit, using 3-wire 4-20mA line that were already in place. It also receives digital signals from the controller in return. This solution is a significant benefit to your system, as it allows you to use existing analog loops for high-speed transmission of digital data.

Using the analog cabling you already had will allow you to significantly reduce the costs of updating your system – while controllers and ACDC-capable transmitters will still be able to communicate like in a digital system.

Up to 16 ACDC-capable transmitters can be connected directly to the ACDC-capable GMA400. The GMA400-AT24 module lets you upgrade that number to 128. The PS500 can be configured to detect up to five gases with its electrochemical and catalytic sensors, photo ionisation detectors (PID), and infrared capabilities.

"Plug and Play" maximizes flexibility by allowing other gases to be detected, by simply inserting a new smart sensor assembly.

The PS500 is effective in noisy environments, featuring a loud (95dB) penetrating and distinctive audible alarm together with a high visibility visual alarm.

With a robust, rubberized casing guaranteeing hi-Impact resistance, the PS500 is ideal for the most demanding industrial environments.

An optional internal pump allows both pumped or diffusion measurements. If the pump is fitted, it can be easily turned on/off, depending on application. E.g. pump on to perform pre-entry measurements correctly, pump off for confined space working.

MGS-150 Series Gas Transmitter is a feature-rich gas detection system with a wide range of sensor options to provide real-time monitoring of refrigerant, combustible, and toxic gases. It comes standard with user-selectable analog and digital outputs that can be set for 4-20 mA, 0-5V, 1-5V, 0-10V, or 2-10V; allowing them to connect directly to most BMS, SCADA or control systems.
