Time-proven and innovative

The EC 22 is equipped with high quality GfG sensors. The transmitters are fitted with high-performance electronics for voltage stabilization, processing of readings, and temperature compensation. Follow up costs are minimized thanks to the long lifespan of the sensors.

Universal signal transmission

Either an analog or digital output signal can be transmitted by the EC 22 by means of a Modbus interface. Due to the different types of signal transmission, a transmitter from the 22 series can be connected to almost any gas detecting system, also as a supplementary or replacement transmitter on existing systems.

Signal processing

The embedded software of the EC 22 linearizes the measuring signal and compensates for the effects of temperature. As a result, correct readings are transmitted even with weather related fluctuations in temperature. In addition, the transmitter also offers the option of transmitting service, maintenance, and error messages to a connected gas measuring computer.

Weather protection

A weatherproof housing not only protects transmitters against exposure to wind and weather, but also against contamination and excessive temperatures caused by direct sunlight.

Optional colored graphic display and horn

The clear graphic display of the EC 22 is self explanatory and allows you to read the current status and other important information with ease. The display enables you to navigate effortlessly through the unit s concise menu and to change settings or even calibrate, depending on your user authorization. In the event of an alarm the display changes color from green to red. Two LEDs indicate the status.

Operation buttons

The buttons on the transmitter allow the unit to be calibrated and settings to be adjusted through the menu as needed.

Calibration adapter

In order to perform regular bump tests, a calibration adapter is used on the transmitter, which ensures a uniform and secure supply of gas.

High-Quality Altazimuth Base

Teflon bearings provide smooth motion in both altitude and azimuth. The integrated altitude "brake" system allows you to adjust the tension along the altitude axis to ensure the smoothest motion even with slight imbalances. The G460 Multi-Gas Detector is a compact and robust system with the capabilities of detecting up to six different gases and simultaneously displaying the readings. The portable detector features a user friendly and intuitive interface to simplify the day to day operations.

Ease of Use

For typical daily operations, the G460 Multi-Gas Detector operates with a single button. The complete user interface can provide access to advanced setup options with three buttons. The unit also features easy calibration operation. Simply attach the calibration adapter and apply gas. The G460 will automatically perform the appropriate adjustments. The detector will then store the dates of the three most recent calibrations for each sensor.

This storage solution is for conditioning and extending the service life of regular pH and ORP electrodes/testers/sensors. pH/ORP electrodes that are stored dry will lose their sensitivity and accuracy temporarily. They can be restored by soaking in the KCL solution. Keeping pH/ORP electrodes stored in the storage solution when not in use is a recommended practice.
