Fast, accurate and easy to use instruments for measuring and analyzing carbon dioxide or oxygen. Fyrite Analyzers are available for either CO2 or O2 analysis, and each model is produced in three scale ranges.

All six instruments are similar in appearance and size, but differ in important construction details, as well as in the absorbing fluids.

Each model, therefore, is suitable only for the particular gas analysis or scale range for which it has been manufactured. Accuracy is within ±1/2% CO2 or 02.

Operation

Fyrite absorbing fluid is selective in the chemical absorption of carbon dioxide or oxygen, respectively. Therefore, the Fyrite's accuracy, which is well within the range required for industrial and professional applications, does not depend upon complicated sequential test procedures. In addition, Fyrite readings are unaffected by the presence of most background gases in the sample.

The number of tests possible with one fluid charge depends on the concentration of samples being tested. At midpoint scale reading the CO2 fluid is good for approximately 300 gas samples and the O2 fluid for 100 tests. The need to replace fluid can be easily determined with a simple test, and replacement is an easy procedure. These test procedures, as well as other good information, are provided in the Fyrite manual 11-9026.

RKI Instrument's model SD-1 Series smart combustible gas, toxic gas, oxygen, and organic vapor detector/transmitter is a robust and reliable explosion proof design for detecting LEL and ppm levels of hazardous atmospheres. In addition to measuring the common %LEL levels of methane, hexane and isobutane, for example, the SD-1 Series also has the capability of measuring a wide variety of toxic organic compounds in a PPM range such as acrylonitrile, ethylene oxide, n-methyl pyrolidone, methylene chloride and many others. This gives the SD-1 Series a unique niche in RKI's gas detector line-up. The SD-1 has an ATEX/IECEX approval for the explosion class ExdIICT5 and has an IP-65/67 ingress protection rating.

The SD-1 has a 4-20mA signal output as well as relay contacts for interfacing with other control systems or monitoring facilities. All SD-1 types are also available with HART communication instead of 4-20mA relay. SIL2 is available for the IR, EC and OX types. In facilitating non-intrusive conditions in hazardous atmospheres, the SD-1 can be calibrated and it's menus navigated with magnetic switches and a magnetic key.

The D-ReX PoI's external sensor can be mounted in a location up to 4,000 feet / 1,200 meters away from the device and monitor toxic, combustible and corrosive gases as well as the oxygen concentration from there.

The remote sensor can be mounted directly onto pipe systems, gas cabinets and other hard-to-reach locations so that the gas detector itself can be mounted at eye level for easy access. This facilitates maintenance, inspections and operation.

The G222E is the first device in GfG s Micro 5 series. At present, it is the smallest and at the same time one of the lightest one- to two-gas detectors with two electrochemical gas sensors (EC) in the world.

Equipped with high-quality, precise and durable sensors, the system is individually tailored to your requirements. Currently, sensors are available for 20 different gases and a wide array of measuring ranges. Combine them according to your requirements or increase the safety of your employees even further by redundant use of the same sensors to minimize the danger from a specific gas.

A simple, two-button menu and a large, easy-to-read display provide easy menu navigation and reliable information even under difficult conditions.

Suitable for long periods of use

Depending on sensor equipment and configuration, the G222E has an average operating time of up to 9 months at 10 hours per working day or 90 days in 24/7 operation. The battery of the G222E can be changed in seconds if necessary and the gas detector is ready for use again.

Data logger

The internal data logger stores the last 2600 events. These include measured values, alarms, TWA and STEL values, and time as well as temperature information.

Calibration Cap & Smart Cap

Calibration and adjustment of the G222E are quite simple. All you need is the Calibration Cap for manual zero and test gas application.

If you want to read out the content of the data logger, you will need the Smart Cap, a USB connection cable and the Config Software for the G222 series instead.

High-Quality Altazimuth Base

An ultra-stable Dobsonian base provides a sturdy foundation for StarSense Explorer. It features large diameter altitude bearings with variable tensioning, Teflon azimuth bearings, and braces on the side panels for extra stability (unlike many 12" Dobsonian bases). The altitude bearings provide a smooth up-and-down motion while the integrated altitude "brake" system allows you to adjust the tension along the altitude axis for smoothest motion even with slight imbalances. The panning knob on the telescope tube provides an ergonomic grip so you can precisely point the telescope without introducing heat from your hands into the optical system. As celestial objects appear to drift across the night sky, you'll be able to easily follow them with minor adjustments to the telescope's position.

Dazzling Views with High-Quality Optics

With a large 12" Newtonian reflector optical tube, this telescope has enough light-gathering ability to bring out impressive detail in celestial objects. You can expect sharp, bright views of Jupiter's four Galilean moons, its cloud bands and Great Red Spot, the rings of Saturn, the gaseous glow of the Orion Nebula, dust lanes in the Lagoon Nebula, and our neighbor galaxy, Andromeda. Compared to the other StarSense Explorer Dobsonian telescopes, the 12" Dobsonian has 2.25x more light gathering ability than the 8" and 1.44xx more light gathering ability than the 10", providing better views of faint objects.

All mirror surfaces are coated with our XLT optical coatings to visibly increase contrast and light throughput for brighter views. With XLT, you'll be able to discern subtle details while viewing the Moon and planets, as well as faint galaxies and nebulae. The mirrors are made of low-expansion optical glass, which helps ensure the best images under changing environmental conditions.

This telescope also comes with a high-quality 2" Crayford focuser. The Crayford design provides precise and smooth movements without focus shifting. It also includes a 2" to 1.25" adapter and a 2" extension tube, so you can use virtually any 1.25" or 2" telescope eyepiece with your StarSense Explorer Dobsonian. The focuser also features a thumbscrew so you can lock in the sharpest focus.

A Lost in Space Algorithm (LISA), like the ones satellites use in orbit to correctly orient themselves, helps the app match star patterns it detects overhead to its internal database.
