MCXL-000M-Y-NA GasAlertMicroClip XL Detector Carbon Monoxide (CO) - Yellow Housing by BW Technologies

Are you in search of an easy to use and portable single gas monitor that can detect carbon monoxide (CO)? How about something that is also easy on the budget? The GasAlertMicroClip XL model may be just what you're looking for. The GasAlertMicroClip XL is very similar to the GasAlertMicroClip XT, except the XL is made to last for longer periods of time on a battery charge.

Although the XT models have performed very well, some people needed longer than 10 hours per charge, and that is why the GasAlertMicroClip XL was developed. It is made to run for 18 hours on a charge which is good news for workers that put in long shifts and/or work in cold temperatures where battery life is depleted by the cold weather.

Checking for compliance is not a problem with this gas monitor, because it utilizes technology by IntelliFlash™. Plus, workers appreciate monitoring equipment that is simple and convenient. For example, the GasAlertMicroClip works with single button technology and there is very little training time required. Plus, the monitor works continuously as workers go through their day, so there are not distracted by it, unless they get an alarm.

Do you use Fleet Management II or MicroDock II? If so, the GasAlertMicroClip XL is made for your system. In fact, the XT and XL models can be used in the same system.

1450-405-3X 3 Unit DS405 Docking Station System by GfG

Easy operation

The operation of the DS404 docking station couldn t be any easier. Simply put the G450 or the G460 in the dock and the system will take over from there. The DS404 automatically performs a full functional test including fresh air calibration, bump test, extensive sensor tests, alarm tests and optionally performs an automatic AutoCal® calibration.

Extensive diagnostics

The DS404 is designed to go beyond the traditional basic docking station tests and includes sensor diagnostics tests such as T50 and T90. After all, what good is a sensor that can respond to gas when it takes too long to get there? With the DS404 you can have confidence with this added level of safety.

Automatic charging

After all tests have been completed the DS404 will automatically start the charging process of the detector or you may remove and begin using it. In case the detectors battery condition is insufficient to complete a test the DS404 will charge the instrument before performing the test.

Record Keeping

A good instrument gas detection maintenance program is not complete without equally good records keeping. Whether you choose to download or maintain the records on a PC or network or your preference is to leave it to the docking station, the DS404 is the right choice.

The DS404 can retain as many as 2 million complete diagnostics in memory with maximum memory installed. That is over 50 years of data even if testing 100 detectors every single day!

Reduced cost of ownership

The DS404 is designed to reduce the cost of ownership every step of the way. The built in pump has variable flow control to reduce the amount of gas consumed during the test. The DS404 is even smart enough take advantage of the gas remaining in the tubing after the previous test was completed.

PC communication

The DS404 comes complete with USB interface cable and download software. The SD card may also be downloaded using a standard SD card reader.

G999P-03-03-32-00-70-61-10K G999 Multi-gas Atmospheric Monitor Value Kit, 5 year O2 (lead free), 3 year COSH, H2 (0-4%), PID (0-2,000 ppm), IR LEL includes calibration cap, cable, charging cradle, wall power adapter, integrated pump, sample probe and tubing by GfG

The Microtector III G999 combines the demands of a modern multi-gas measurement device for protecting workers with the ability to safely measure confined spaces. As a robust and sophisticated multi-gas detector, it is versatile in its application and flexible in sensor combinations.

Advantages

Safety through quality and functionality

To fit every environment, there are three versions available. All versions include three electrochemical and one infrared sensor. Depending on the version, the G999 features a catalytic combustion (CC) sensor, a combined CC/semiconductor sensor, a PID sensor or a fourth electrochemical sensor. This allows a variety of gas combinations or measuring ranges to be defined and simultaneously monitored.

The well thought-out design of the housing and the menu navigation, allows for easy operation in difficult situations. For example, the display can be easily rotated 180°, so that it is always easy to read. For work in poorly lit rooms or in emergency situations, the G999 features an explosion-proof LED torch.

Designed for difficult working conditions

The Microtector III G999 is certified for use in Ex Zone 0 and is water and dust-proof according to protection class IP 67 and is suitable for challenging applications. The rubberized polycarbonate housing provides excellent protection against jolts and impacts, while the practical design and robust crocodile clip ensure optimum wearing comfort.

Ample Battery Power for Long Operating Times

Unlike other devices, the G999 features a double battery capacity of up to 130 hours of operation and provides power supply to the pump.

Remote Monitoring to Protect Employees

If devices with radio modules are used, teams can be monitored centrally via the portable GfG-Link or using a computer and USB dongle. Information regarding the measured gas concentrations, alarms and the status of the man-down alarm will then be available in real time.

Prepared for an Emergency - Alarm for Exercise

In the event of an alarm, knowing how to behave is highly important. By means of the alarm simulation any gas values can be transmitted to the Microtector III G999 to simulate and train different emergency scenarios.

Maintenance & Documentation – Location-Independent and Legally Compliant

The test and docking stations for the Microtector III G999 not only allow location-independent, daily display tests and regular functional checks, but also the complete documentation.

G888 – The Perfect Match

It is not always necessary to equip every employee with a gas detector including a pump for safe measurement of confined spaces, but everyone should have a modern multi-gas detector. In such situations the Microtector III G888 is recommended. Like the G999, it offers optimum individual protection for all those who have to work in hazardous areas and/or enclosed spaces.

30-0954RK-208 Aspirator Panel for One LEL and One IR M2 Transmitters, with Flow Switch by RKI Instruments

Single or dual sensor system is designed to monitor gas atmospheres from extreme conditions with either temperature, moisture, or pressure challenges. A powerful air aspirator can pull a sample from up to 100 feet away. The filtered and conditioned sample gas is then passed across one or two different detectors. Each detector shares a common calibration and compressed air inlet for aspirated flow. This system is fault tolerant removing the need for expensive downtime and maintenance. The sample is diluted with air after the gas sensor and then returned to a common exhaust reducing the danger of potential hazardous gases entering a safe work space.

System integrity is maintained at all times using a flow fail monitoring device which provides a NO contact that activates if the sample line becomes blocked or damaged or if the air supply is removed or interrupted.

The panel can be used with direct-connect (sensors connected to an RKI controller), or with S2 Series, and M2 Series transmitters. All transmitters have a 4-20 mA signal for direct connection to the site DCS, PLC or site control system. If needed, RKI instruments can supply a dedicated Gas Detection Control system to provide local alarms, 4-20 mA output with a wide range of dry contacts, making the system very sophisticated and user friendly.
