The Sensepoint range of flammable, toxic and Oxygen gas detectors offer users a high quality, low cost solution to their industrial gas monitoring needs. Installation in potentially explosive atmospheres is made by the use of a suitable Ex d or Ex e approved junction box. The industry standard outputs from Sensepoint are connected to either a choice of Honeywell Analytics' controllers or 3rd party DCS/ PLC systems. Both flammable and toxic versions are certified to the latest ATEX/IECEx safety and performance standards.

The flammable detector is available in either % LEL or PPM detection range versions and provides an industry standard mV bridge output. Typical life expectancy is greater than 5 years, after which the detector is simply replaced with a new one.

The toxic detectors are supplied pre calibrated for easy installation and provide an industry standard 2 wire 4-20mA loop output. User connections are Ex d, while front end Intrinsic Safety (IS) design allows for easy exchange of the replaceable sensor while powered. G460 Multi-Gas Detector

The G460 Multi-Gas Detector is a compact and robust system with the capabilities of detecting up to six different gases and simultaneously displaying the readings. The portable detector features a user friendly and intuitive interface to simplify the day to day operations.

Ease of Use

For typical daily operations, the G460 Multi-Gas Detector operates with a single button. The complete user interface can provide access to advanced setup options with three buttons. The unit also features easy calibration operation. Simply attach the calibration adapter and apply gas. The G460 will automatically perform the appropriate adjustments. The detector will then store the dates of the three most recent calibrations for each sensor.

The G460 also features a large easy to read tricolor display which uses a color code to indicate the alarm severity. From green to orange to red, the tricolor display is intuitive and incredibly user friendly. The display feature can also flip or zoom with the touch of a button. The G460 multi-faceted alarm system also includes an ultra loud audible buzzer at 103 dB, a standard vibration mechanism, and 360 bright LED alerts (the LED alerts can also be equipped to function as flashlights). This multi-faceted system is sure to alert users and those nearby of the potential hazardous conditions. For smooth and continuous operations, the G460 Multi-Gas Detector uses interchangeable alkaline and rechargeable battery packs that provide up to 25 hours of continuous operation. G460 Multi-Gas Detector Features

The G460 Multi-Gas Detector features a motorized pump with a built-in diffusion or sample draw mode switch. The hose is easily attachable and can draw from 100 feet away. The hose is powered by its own battery pack that provides 20 hours of continuous operation. The multi-gas detector also features the widest range of sensors on the market. The compatible long lasting (and interchangeable) smart sensors include LEL, SO2, O2, H2, H2S, NO, CO, O3, HF, NH3, CIO2, CI2, PH3, ETO, HCN, and NO2. Users can purchase additional sensors to help customize the unit such as infrared sensors for the measurement of CO2 and photoionization sensors for volatile organic chemical hazards. G450 Multi-gas Detector

The G450 Multi-gas Detector continually measures up to four separate atmospheric gases. In confined spaces, the detector will monitor LEL combustible gas, oxygen, H2S, and CO. Sensors for special gases

The Draeger Pac 8000 performs especially well when detecting a variety of special gases. The Pac 8000 can be fitted with sensors for carbon dioxide (CO₂), chlorine gas (Cl₂), hydrogen cyanide (HCN), ammonia (NH₃), nitrogen dioxide (NO₂), phosphine (PH₃) and organic vapors (OV or OV-A).

Further demonstrating the capabilites of Draeger gas detectors is that the Draeger Pac 8000 performs especially well when detecting other gases as well. It can detect ozone (O₃) from concentrations as low as 0.02 ppm and phosgene (COCl₂) from 0.01 ppm. The Pac 8000 detects nitrogen dioxide (NO₂) from concentrations as low as 0.04 ppm.

The Pac 8000 can easily handle even extreme conditions. The sensors can tolerate air pressures between 700 and 1,300 mbar. A membrane filter protects the sensor from foreign matter such as dust and liquids. The shock-proof, chemical-resistant housing meets the requirements specified by the IP68 standard rating.

Easy handling thanks to clear user guidance

The D-Light indicates whether the functionality of the device has been tested and that it is ready to use. The housing is also designed with your safety in mind: each sensor variant of the Draeger Pac 8000 features clear, easily visible color coding, thereby minimizing the chance of mistakes.

User-friendly display with all important information

The large display clearly indicates the respective gas concentration. Other important information, such as the unit of concentration and battery capacity, is also displayed. The bright backlighting ensures that all values can be clearly read in the dark.

360® alarm with various functions

If the Draeger Pac 8000 measures hazardous gas concentrations, it sets off an audible, visual and noticeable vibrating alarm. Two bright, flashing LEDs on the top and bottom of the device ensure that the alarm is easily visible from all sides. The acoustic signal reaches a volume of 90 dB. The display can show the peak concentration measured at any given moment. Earlier alarms registered can also be retrieved at a later time, even if acknowledged.

Data logger and event logger for analyses and reports

The Pac 8000 logs concentrations and events along with date and time. The data can be downloaded to a PC via an interface and processed further there.
