Easy handling

Smart sensor technology allows a user to install the transmitter or to replace a sensor within a few seconds just plug the sensor into the transmitter. Adjustments are done directly at the transmitter using touch keys or with the remote control (one-person calibration).

Ammonia and hydrogen are lighter than air. With the transmitter installed close to the ceiling, GfG can provide permanently connected cables with plugs for the remote control, which allow the user to do all adjustments without having to climb a ladder. In addition, one remote control can be used for several transmitters, which helps cut costs and increase efficiency.

The remote control display is always identical to that of the transmitter, making inspection, service, and calibration considerably simple.

The remote control reads the current gas concentration and can be used as an external display.

LSM Liquid Sensor Mounting System by Agrowtek

Two-part system for mounting SXL liquid level sensors from the top of a tank providing secure mounting, adjustable sensor heights, and easy installation and removal. Top mounting also avoids holes on the sides of the container to reduce chances of leaks.

Part 1: Cap Kit

Mount SXL optical liquid level sensors on the end of a 1" PVC pipe. Kit includes a tapped PVC cap with o-ring seal and PVC pipe fitting. Provide 1" schedule 40 or 80 PVC pipe to length.

Part 2: Flange Kit

Securely mount sensor pipes to the tank. Kit includes hardware and custom flange with locking set screw for clamping the pipe at the desired location. All stainless hardware is designed for easy service without tools after installation.

Flange can be removed from the tank by quickly removing the wing nuts. Studs remain bolted to the tank while the sensor can be pulled up and removed for cleaning and maintenance.

Alarm points

Each alarm can be adjusted separately. False alarms are eliminated with the adjustable alarm delay. The alarm point values can be freely adjusted within the detection range of the transmitter. Every alarm point value can be selected to be latching / non-latching or resettable / non resettable.

Alarm relays

The controller provides four voltage-free relays for the three alarms in addition to one fault warning. The relays may be used to control additional alarm devices like lights or horns. They can even prompt specific counter measures to prevent or limit dangers from gases or vapors.
