Easy to Use

The Gasman s true one button technology is an ideal and simple design. The large glove friendly button is mounted on the front of the unit for easy access and controls all of the unit s programmable features. Also on the front, the Gasman s easy to read backlit LCD screen indicates gas readings and the battery status. The simple screen provides a clear indication of the unit s operation status. It will also alert the user 30 days in advance of when a calibration test is due. With a simple and intuitive design, Crowcon has produced a gas detector that reduces the complexities of workplace safety, and ensures workers in a straightforward manner that their equipment is on and operational.

Triple Alarm System

This portable single gas detection system features a triple alarm system that is sure to alert the user and anyone in the vicinity. The visible alarm utilizes a dual red and blue flashing LED light, and the unit houses an internal vibrating alert system. These two indicators allow for visual recognition in loud environments and working conditions. The alarm system also features a programmable audible alarm at 95 decibels. The unit is capable of a variety of alarm tones, and users can select which tone may be best for the individual workplace setting. The triple alarm system with multiple sensory indicators is sure to be noticed in almost any work environment.

Specifications

The Gasman single gas monitor is lightweight and compact, weighing less than 135 grams and with dimensions of 90 x 48 x 24 mm. The unit is available with a wide variety of gas sensors which feature various detection and alarm levels. The unit also features a quick response time of 20 seconds for flammable and toxic gases or 10 seconds for oxygen. Its datalogging feature has approximately 900 hours of storage and all events are time stamped. The battery life for this unit is incredible with 12 hours of runtime on a Rechargeable battery battery or up to 2 years on a non-Rechargeable battery.

The Zareba Unipoint is a simple DIN rail mounted controller offering integrators a flexible and low cost solution to incorporate flammable, toxic or oxygen gas detection into their control systems.

Unipoint can be easily installed into any plastic or metal enclosure for use indoor or outdoors and even in potentially explosive atmospheres. With the addition of one of the Zareba range of flammable, toxic or oxygen detectors, systems may be configured to monitor gases in a wide range of applications from car parks and boiler houses to analyzer shelters or crane cabs in offshore facilities.

Two versions of Unipoint are available; one for mV bridge, catalytic bead type, flammable gas detector and the other for any 2 or 3 wire 4-20mA type gas detector. Each Unipoint is easily installed onto the DIN rail via a special socket (provided) that also interconnects power to adjacent units. With removable terminal connectors individual Unipoint controllers can be easily changed without disturbing other devices.

By clipping together multiple Unipoints small to medium sized monitoring solutions can be realized. Each unit includes built-in audiovisual alarms, three programmable alarm relays and a fault relay. Gas concentration and system status is displayed on the backlit LCD and each controller is fully user programmable via an intuitive, push button operated menu system. Configuration menus can be password protected to prevent unauthorized access. In addition remote inputs allow accept, reset and inhibit of alarms without the need to open the enclosure that the Unipoint is mounted in.

Unipoint's uncomplicated design makes it ideal for applications where a simple method of integrating gas detectors into a 3rd party control system is required or as part of a small standalone gas detection solution. All Honeywell Analytics gas detectors and third party detectors may be used with Unipoint subject to overall power requirements.

The GX-3R Pro is the world's smallest 5-gas monitor weighing only 4.58 ounces and fits in the palm of your hand (2.9" W x 2.6" H x 1.06" D). It simultaneously monitors and displays 5 different gases. In addition to monitoring standard confined space gases, LEL, O₂, CO, & H₂S, the GX-3R Pro has a 5th channel where you can add infrared or toxic sensors. The robust and compact measuring instrument with a probe socket for highly accurate Pt100 probes and two sockets for fast-action thermocouple probes. Readings from up to three additional temperature probes can be shown on the instrument's clear display; measurement data transmission is by radio i.e. wireless. A total of six channels can be collected in this way by the instrument. Using the highly accurate, plug-in Pt100 immersion/penetration probe, a system accuracy of 0.05 °C with a resolution of 0.001 °C is reached. The measurement system is therefore ideally suited for use as a working standard. Data measured by testo 735-1 can be transmitted by infrared to the Testo printer for documentation purposes. If cyclical printing is used, it is also possible to print data on the printer once every minute, for example.
