The UNI MP100 offers a simple, personal protection for a wide array of toxic gas and oxygen (O2) measurement applications. In addition to common sensors such as carbon monoxide (CO), hydrogen sulfide (H₂S), nitrogen dioxide (NO₂), ammonia (NH₃) and sulfur dioxide (SO₂), we offer less-common sensors including chlorine (Cl₂), chlorine dioxide (ClO₂), phosgene (COCl₂), hydrogen chloride (HCl), arsine (AsH₃), phosphine (PH₃), ozone (O₃), methyl mercaptan and ethylene oxide. • Display: With the largest LCD in its category the SST4 display ensures information is displayed clearly and allows users to make quick decisions. Four gases can be displayed with clarity and shown in PPM, %vol, mg/m3 and %LEL. Correction factors can be set through the WatchGas SST Application and allows for a one to one reading for the target gas required. The SST4 has a 95dB alarm at 30 centimetres which is the industry standard and is required in loud industrial environments. High, HighHigh, Low, LowLow, TWA and STEL alarms can be configured by the user and updated directly on the device through the SST Dock or WatchGas SST Application.
• Rugged: Designed with the harshest environments in mind the SST4 offers an IP rating of 65-68. The casing is a double shot housing that gives extra robustness while not compromising on quality. The screen protectors located either side of the display protect the LCD from scratching.

Time-proven and innovative

The EC 22 is equipped with high quality GfG sensors. The transmitters are fitted with high-performance electronics for voltage stabilization, processing of readings, and temperature compensation. Follow up costs are minimized thanks to the long lifespan of the sensors.

Universal signal transmission

Either an analog or digital output signal can be transmitted by the EC 22 by means of a Modbus interface. Due to the different types of signal transmission, a transmitter from the 22 series can be connected to almost any gas detecting system, also as a supplementary or replacement transmitter on existing systems.

Signal processing

The embedded software of the EC 22 linearizes the measuring signal and compensates for the effects of temperature. As a result, correct readings are transmitted even with weather related fluctuations in temperature. In addition, the transmitter also offers the option of transmitting service, maintenance, and error messages to a connected gas measuring computer.

Weather protection

A weatherproof housing not only protects transmitters against exposure to wind and weather, but also against contamination and excessive temperatures caused by direct sunlight.

The clear graphic display of the EC 22 is self explanatory and allows you to read the current status and other important information with ease. The display enables you to navigate effortlessly through the unit s concise menu and to change settings or even calibrate, depending on your user authorization. Operation buttons

OSHA defines the breathing zone as a ten inch radius around the worker's nose and mouth, and requires that worker exposure monitoring air samples be collected in the breathing zone. Air sampling filters may be attached to the collar or lapel. Traditionally this means only a single gas monitor would be small enough for a worker to practically wear a gas monitor 'In the breathing zone'. Now there is a 4 gas monitor smaller than many single gas monitors.

The GX-3R is the worlds smallest 4 gas monitor weighing only 3.52 ounces and can comfortably be clipped within a worker's breathing zone (2.2" W x 2.55" H x 1.02" D). It simultaneously monitors and displays LEL combustibles, O₂, CO (Hydrogen compensated CO also available), and H₂S.

The GX-3R represents the latest evolution of gas detection technology utilizing a new generation of micro sensors. The LEL sensor has a unique design with two active filaments in one sensor to increase it's resistance to silicone poisoning. If one filament gets poisoned the second filament takes over. The new O₂ sensor is electrochemical with a 3 to 5 year life span. H₂S and CO are now available in a combo micro sensor.

Safety supervisors will appreciate the non-compliance indicator. The instrument flashes it's 3 LED lights every 30 seconds in the following conditions; if the instrument has not been bump tested, or if calibration is due, or if there was a gas alarm event. The 3 LED lights will continue to flash once every 30 seconds until the non-compliance condition has been resolved. The 30 second interval is adjustable.
