Standard Features

The GX-2009 Model Personal Four Gas Monitor has many standard features including an incredible datalogging function. The datalogging software can store up to 100 calibration records and is compatible with many computer platforms. The log time can range from 10 to 300 hours and houses 8 alarm trends. The unit can also remind users of upcoming calibration and bump tests. With 2 glow in the dark, glove friendly buttons, users can easily operate the device on site.

The unit comes standard with an alligator clip, NiMH batteries, a charging station with VAC power supply, and a product CD with datalogging software.

MGS-150 Series Gas Transmitter is a feature-rich gas detection system with a wide range of sensor options to provide real-time monitoring of refrigerant, combustible, and toxic gases. It comes standard with user-selectable analog and digital outputs that can be set for 4-20 mA, 0-5V, 1-5V, 0-10V, or 2-10V; allowing them to connect directly to most BMS, SCADA or control systems. Alarm indicators include an onboard alarm LED and audible buzzer, in addition to an alarm relay for connection to external audible/visual alarms or a BMS system. The product's alarm threshold value is pre-set to factory defaults but is also field programmable. The Sensepoint range of flammable, toxic and Oxygen gas detectors offers users a cost-effective solution to their gas monitoring needs, in or out of doors and even in potentially explosive atmospheres. Supplied with a pre-wired junction box, this detector can be installed using conduit or armoured cable and glands depending on the specific needs of the application.

Sensepoint flammable and toxic gas detectors are designed for use in potentially explosive atmospheres, and allow for easy access to terminals via the hinged lid of the junction box. Installation should follow national guidelines using suitably approved armoured cable and glands or conduit.

Supplied with an earth continuity plate for increased resistance to the effects of RFI, the junction box offers the installer a choice of 1/2", 3/4" and M20 connection via conduit or armoured cable and Ex e certified cable glands. OSHA defines the breathing zone as a ten inch radius around the worker's nose and mouth, and requires that worker exposure monitoring air samples be collected in the breathing zone. Air sampling filters may be attached to the collar or lapel. Traditionally this means only a single gas monitor would be small enough for a worker to practically wear a gas monitor 'In the breathing zone'. Now there is a 4 gas monitor smaller than many single gas monitors.

The GX-3R is the worlds smallest 4 gas monitor weighing only 3.52 ounces and can comfortably be clipped within a worker's breathing zone (2.2" W x 2.55" H x 1.02" D). It simultaneously monitors and displays LEL combustibles, O₂, CO (Hydrogen compensated CO also available), and H₂S.

The GX-3R represents the latest evolution of gas detection technology utilizing a new generation of micro sensors. The LEL sensor has a unique design with two active filaments in one sensor to increase it's resistance to silicone poisoning. If one filament gets poisoned the second filament takes over. The new O₂ sensor is electrochemical with a 3 to 5 year life span. H₂S and CO are now available in a combo micro sensor.

Safety supervisors will appreciate the non-compliance indicator. The instrument flashes it's 3 LED lights every 30 seconds in the following conditions; if the instrument has not been bump tested, or if calibration is due, or if there was a gas alarm event.
