NEW! FCE Free Available Chlorine (FAC) Function

The Myron L Company FCE function reports FAC quickly and accurately by measuring ORP, the chemical characteristic of chlorine that directly reflects its effectivity, cross referenced with pH. Both DPD kits and colorimeters may tell the user the FAC value of the sample in the test tube, but since the chemistry of that sample is quite different from the source water being analyzed, the results are imprecisely related to actual disinfection power. The Myron L Company FCE function measures the real, unaltered chemistry of source water, including moment-to-moment changes in that chemistry.

The Protege SG is a reusable single gas monitor that can be configured to detect 13 gases which provides maximum flexibility to deal with unknown gas hazards. With interchangeable smart sensors, the Protege SG offers maximum versatility in a reusable solution.

Milwaukee provides a range of chlorine photometers for all applications: swimming pool treatments, household cleaners, dishwasher additives, laundry powders/liquids and cooling water treatment products all contain chlorine as an oxidizing biocide. Drinking water contains residual chlorine to maintain water purity throughout the supply lines.

Milwaukee offer the Mi413 microprocessor-based instrument with greater resolution, better accuracy and immediate results, for measuring free (0.00 to 10.00 mg/L) and total (0.00 to 10.00 mg/L) chlorine.

Tough and reliable

The Xgard series of fixed point gas detectors is incredibly durable and reliable. The casings and materials, including weatherproof caps, are designed to protect the equipment from the harshest environments. The replacement parts are also readily available and compatible with all Xgard models, thereby reducing the amount of required spare parts that are stored in the facility. Additionally, the sensors have two times the typical life spans of similar sensors in the industry. With a 2 year life span, worksites can expect to cut their sensor replacement costs in half. For worksites that require slightly more customization, Crowcon offers compatible accessories for the Xgard series such as sampling applications, remote gassing applications, spray deflectors, sun shields, weatherproof caps, collector cones, flow adapter, and accessories adapter.

Xgard also has flexible installation options. The unit is designed for either wall or ceiling mounts, and users will not need to purchase additional equipment for mounting. For more complex installation needs, users can purchase accessories.

The GasWatch 2 features an easy and convenient method for monitoring single gases. Weighing in at approximately 2 ounces, the GasWatch 2 is extremely compact with dimensions of 2.5 W x 1.7 H x 0.9 D. The power source is one coin lithium battery (CR2450). The long life battery can operate for over 3,000 hours or 1 year of normal use with no alarms or backlighting. A typical response time for the unit is approximately 20 seconds for oxygen and 30 seconds for hydrogen sulfide and carbon monoxide. To preserve the integrity and security of the device, the unit is housed in a high-impact casing that is dust proof and weather proof.
