SUMMARY

The Milwaukee digital Ethylene and Glycol refractometer is temperature compensated with a 0 to 100 % volume / 0 to -50°C (32 to -58°F) freezing point / Temperature 0 to 80°C (32 to 176°F) range and +/- 0.2 volume / +/-0.5°C (+/-1°F) freezing point accuracy. It is easy to use with simple two button operation and fast with a response time under 2 seconds. Maintenance is a breeze also with an easy-to-clean sealed flint glass prism and stainless steel well. The MA888 eliminates the uncertainty of optical refractometers by providing and accurate digital readout.

This specification sheet serves as an addendum to other flat-surface, self-cleaning electrode specifications (submersion, by-pass, in-line and insertion) for use in hydrofluoric acid.

Specifications differences for use in hydrofluoric acid (HF) are shown in SPECIFICATIONS section on the back side of this data sheet. Please note 2 major differences as compared to standard electrodes. First, pH range is 0-12 not 0-14. Second, the temperature range is 0-50 deg C.

This series of sensors are fully compatible with all existing appropriate Sensorex mounting hardware. Calibration of these sensors is as normal with any standard pH electrode using standard pH buffer solutions.

Easily monitor the conditions in manufacturing, labs, and storerooms using the data logging thermohygrometer or barometer. Memory capacity is 2 years when set to 2-minute intervals, longer when set to larger intervals. Each device has a unique ID allowing multiple units to be used in the same location. Easily transfer data recorded in a CSV format to any computer via a USB flash drive - no software is required. The data on each unit cannot be overwritten or modified, reliably securing information that should not be deleted.

Alarm tracking feature stores each alarm event detailing which high or low alarm state occurred, when the alarm state occurred, as well as when the condition returned to normal range. Alarm state indicator includes audio alerts and flashing LCD segments. Other status indicators include low-battery, memory full, and USB data transfer.
