Industrial RTDs assemblies produce greater accuracy are ideal for use in industrial applications, chemical processes, production lines, ovens, furnaces and vessels. The probes conductor is made of 24 gauge cooper wire and is encased with FEP insulation, and has a 316 stainless steel sheath. Featuring a standard size protection head with a gasketed cap to seal out dust and moisture and houses a ceramic terminal block. Head has a 3/4" NPT (F) opening on the side for easy connection to electrical conduit. 316 stainless steel thermowells are included in assemble and are ideal for applications where removing of the probe without draining the vessel is necessary.

Special Flat Glass Membrane - LabSen 371 pH electrode adopts a flat glass membrane with PTFE ring junction, making reliable surface pH test easier than ever.

Long-Life Reference System - composed of a glass tube, AgCl, and a reference silver wire. The top end of the slim glass tube is stuffed with cotton, which prevents the reaction between AgCl and electrolyte when the temperature changes. It improves the stability of reference system and extends the service life of the electrode.

Compatible with all Apera Instruments meters with BNC and RCA connectors such as PH910, PH9500, PH850, PC8500, and PH820. May NOT work with other brands' meters because the thermistor might be incompatible.

Maximum error for probe assembly is ±1.1°C + 0.12% of reading below 300°F, ±0.35% of reading above 300°F. Alpha coefficient is 0.003850 Ω/Ω/°C (DIN IEC 751). Resistance at ice point (0°C) is 100 Ω.

Note: Time constant is the time required to reach 63.2% of the new reading. To determine how long it will take to reach 99% of the new reading multiply the time constant by five.

Note: The temperature range is for the probe tip only. The handle material may be affected if the probe is rated higher than the handle depending on exposure time, application, and handle material. ABS handles are rated to 220°F (104°C); PVC handles are rated to 200°F (93°C); Stainless Steel handles are rated at 450°F (232°C); Mini Connectors are rated to 392°F (200°C).
